- Plenty of restaurants, cafes and a minimarket within <10 min walk
- Very quiet neighborhood at night, with zero traffic and noise
- Large amount of street cats for those who like them

☺ Apartament jest bardzo przestronny, każda sypialnia posiada swoją łazienkę.
Dużą zaletą jest bliskość lotniska oraz plaży- kilka minut na pieszo.
Kontakt z zarządca był poprawny, szybko reagował na nasze prośby i niedogodności.
☹ Kilka razy dziennie wyłączało nam bezpieczniki od prądu. Włączenie dwóch urządzeń jednocześnie było niemożliwe.
Kuchnia nie była w pełni wyposażona, mała ilość naczyń.

☹ The flat didn’t match the cleanliness standards suggested by previous reviews. There was a noticeable smell, and the utensils were unusable. This was especially disappointing as I was staying with my daughter. I had to raise the issue after arrival. I paid a premium and expected better.

Great location close to sea, bars, restaurants. But the surrounding and views not so pleasant. Flat equipted with basics, sheets clean but in general flat needs good clean up and maybe basic renovation as premises outdated and needs freshing up.No coffee machine was a major minus! It doesnt cost arm and leg to buy a nesspreso machine so you dont need to run to coffe shop every morning.Also view from balcony has partial sea view but maintly to restaurant back yard and parking. We visited in December/January so was very good to have AC for heating in every room.

☺ Apartmán má skvělý výhled na solné jezero, byl k dispozici dalekohled což hodnotím jako velký bonus, obě ložnice měly svou koupelnu s toaletou, plus další toaleta v chodbě, blízko do centra, pláž v docházkové vzdálenosti, začátek pláže u ranveje letiště, parkovací místo apartmánu, prostorná terasa.
☹ Není myšleno jako výtka, ale ocenila bych např. pár tablet do myčky, pár kapslí do kávovaru, který zde byl. Člověk neví jaké kapsle, a hned hledat v obchodech, které budou ty pravé...

The huge luxury apartment close the the blue flag beach - cool experience
☺ The apartment was simply fantastic. Huge, clean, full of light and very cozy. We appreciated specially the huge terrace, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilettes. There was also the dedicated parking place under the house for the apartment. Service was fine, everything works without contact, agency communicated through WhatsUp. When there was a problem with the shower hose, the agency answered immediately and repaired it after 2 hours.
We didn't use an air-condition so we don't know how noisy it is. There were prepared 3 electric plug adapters for EU in the room so we had now problem with electricity.
The beach is very close, you can reach it by foot in 10 minutes. There is many restaurants in thou surroundings and couplie small supermarkets, where you can buy all basic stuffs. The apartment is close from the airport so you don't need to rent a car. We did it, but we didn't use it, everything is reachable by foot.
Very interesting experience was the visit of the salty lake by the sunset which is very close from apartment too.

☹ The nights were not hot in the November, so we slept with opened window. And this is not definitely calm and quiet neighborhood I need to say. You can hear the noisy traffic in the streets and close roads because there are high buildings around and sound carries there pretty well there. Also garbagemen and building constructions starts very early around.
Yes, there is building construction in the close distance now, so be ready for dusty and noise environment.
But with closed windows this is relatively OK.
