Every interaction I have had with the Best team has been positive and professional, from obtaining a roof replacement estimate to follow-up. Their pricing is extremely competitive, even in this economy; in fact, I was referred to them by a friend. Upon discovering a leak after having had my new roof installed, I was upset, but Mike was able to diagnose the issue within minutes of inspecting the problem. What several other contractors attributed to either my old, warn-out roof or the window above the leak was actually a siding issue, which he promptly fixed - and then followed up the next day. I highly recommend Best!

Everything about the experience of getting a new roof was positive. From the initial visit ( with Dustin ) explaining the process to the follow up after the roof was installed.
The crew arrived on time, worked diligently thru the day and were able to complete the “big” job in one day. I was particularly impressed with the cleanup. Almost every little scrap was removed from our property

Upon calling them about my issue, one co-owner and an associate came to check on it; showed and explained in detail to me what it was and what should be done. They sent me a quote I asked for and were in contact with me even after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied.
From the owner, the office to the associates in the field, professionalism and team work are displayed to guaranty complete satisfaction to the customers.

Great service! Mike Musser identified the problems with my leaky roof, showed me pictures and explained what he had to do. He gave me advice about other things he noticed while on my roof which need attention at some point. He exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend the company and Mike in particular.
Let me add to my original review. I had additional work done by Mike and Steve on another issue at my house and they were great. They arrived on time and I love how reliable this company has proven to be. In the original job an issue with my chimney was discovered. I consulted with a chimney expert and yes there was a problem. Mike came out, gave me a fair estimate. The work was scheduled and their work satisfied all expectations. The area was left cleaner than when they started (thank you, Steve for picking up sticks in the yard!). I am a happy repeat customer and recommend them.

I had a great experience with Best Contracting. Mike Musser came out to assess a leak I had. He took pictures and spent timing talking me through options. He was thorough, answered any questions I had, and communicated throughout the whole process. When Mike and John completed the repair, they were on time and left the job site clean. It was a quick process and looks great!

Mike Musser was AMAZING! He called when he was on his way, he was so nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing some leaks caused by a previous company! He was so pleasant to have working on the house. It was a two day job, so he removed my shutters and let me paint them before returning and put them back on when the job was finished. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!!

Office staff was super nice to talk with on the phone… an Mike come out to our home looked at what’s was going on an had to order stuff to get us fixed up an with in 1.5 week we were fixed up..Mike talked to me as if he was the owner of the company made me feel reinsured that we shouldn’t have anymore problem with our roof
