Mike came out today and did a thorough inspection of our roof and siding. He was very attentive to what I was asking and he answered all of my questions. He was also able to fix a couple of loose siding pieces which also helps us tremendously! I would recommend Best Contracting and Mike the technician that examined our roof.

I had water damage in my daughter’s room this past summer. My insurance company was giving me the run around on covering the damages and could not find the source of the leak. Mike came out August 1st to clean my gutters as a start to see where the water was coming from. He has come out a few times after that. Giving me transparency and detailed explanations of what he found. Needless to say he had found the cause of leaks in my roof and repaired them to stop all leaks in my roof. I would recommend Mike and Best Contracting for great pricing, knowledge and great customer service

You know sometimes things happen that you have no control of such as when I had some roof damage from the high winds. I called into Best Contracting and they worked with me and Mike stopped out. Mike was very polite and did a fantastic job repairing what was wrong. He also cleaned everything up when he was done. Showed me what was wrong and then showed me what he did to repair it. Everyone I dealt with from the person on the phone when I first called in till the end was very polite and did a very good job. And for that reason I will use this company again and recommend them every time.

“Mike” arrived on time on both estimate and repair days. He was polite and his estimate was consistent with others, but his came in 2nd lowest. His assessment of the problem needing repair (a tricky “traveling leak” in our townhouse garage) was logical and proved consistent with, but more comprehensive than the others less costly. His efforts on the day of repair were more thorough than promised by others…taking 2+ hrs. The work done went beyond what was estimated in cost, materials & time, but the amount billed remained within the estimate. Very satisfied now and will be jubilant if, when it holds up to the next downpour.

My Condo HOA referred me to Best Contracting to repair a ceiling leak in my townhouse. Their representative contacted me within an hour to schedule an appointment. Their repairman, Mike Musser, set up an appointment with me that day and came out right away on the day that fit my schedule. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and after a thorough inspection found the cause of the issue. Mike then came out within the agreed upon time and fixed the leak. I was extremely satisfied with Mike's courtesy and his very detailed explanation of the issue and his offer to follow up right away if necessary. I was very pleased with Mike's handling of my roof repair and I would recommend Best Contracting moving forward.

I'm very impressed with the skylight replacement and gutter leaf guards / drip edge work that was done - all at what I'd consider fair prices. The technician, Mike, was excellent in terms of his being on time, his knowledge, and his workmanship! Although my actual roof shingles are still in great shape I'm strongly considering having them replace my ridge vent next.
