The best card team told me how much my savings in processing fees would be ,after their analysis of my prior credit card processing fees, and I was sold on their personal service and responsiveness, but doubted they would save the practice as much money as they estimated they could. After months of processing with their service, they have saved me thousands per month. They delivered all that was promised. They have been wonderful to work with and made the transition very easy. I truly wish I had contracted with them years ago. I have wasted over 50K per year needlessly. So thankful to this company. Outstanding.

We recently transitioned our credit card processing to Best Card and we could not be happier! The entire process was seamless and when we got our first monthly statement we were absolutely blown away by the savings compared to our previous company. So glad we made the change!!! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for excellent customer service (they personally answer the phone on the 1st or 2nd ring every time) and who is looking to lower their processing fees (by a lot!)

We are always told to send our credit card statements out to those who promise they will get you a better deal. Best Card truly gets us the best prices. I have sent their statements to companies who guarantee they will beat any deal and I am told to stay with Best Card. And to top it all off, their training and support staff are friendly and helpful. I have been using BestCard At my office for the past 2 years…. They are phenomenal…. And I had no doubt about that because they are endorsed by my Illinois state dental society…. Take it from someone like you, a fellow dentist, and business owner… you need them… Yet… to be fair… I’ll give you few other reasons to why you should go with them right away…. 1- I have never paid fees less than theirs… it’s quite shocking how much money you’ll save with them… (my rate was 1.68% for this year….and that should be enough on its own… except there are more to them) 2- Technical support: my office opens weekends…. I had a technical problem with the terminal.. so I called them on Sunday… left a voice mail.. and no kidding… 15 minutes later a lady called me from her home and got me all fixed up… 3- exceptional customer service: whenever I call.. there is always friendly person on phone that goes above and beyond what you expect to help you… one time.. the president of the company (Phill) himself called me and did the product presentation that was scheduled earlier… because the lady who was supposed to to do it… was out sick and they didn’t want to reschedule the appointment. (Which I wouldn’t have minded a bit… yet.. I appreciated what they have done) Also… on another time I was able to return a terminal that I didn’t like for a full refund and no hassle whatsoever…. If this is not enough reasons for you to switch…. Then stay where you at… because you know what… you need to learn it the hard way… I guess…
