I like the fact that I am able to text him and he responds very quickly. I am contracted with a pest control company that tried twice to eliminate our bee problem. Highly recommend James for bee removal. He was knowledgeable, professional, and fast. We had multiple bees nests in our garage and within 15 minutes the bees were dying! He managed to locate every entry point and provided advice on how to stop future problems with the yellow jackets having a preference to nest in the garage. I've had these issues for years and uses many different exterminators but none of them were as fast and through as James was. Price was similar to many other exterminator companies. I will definitely give James a call in the future if we have issues again.
