I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. When I called, Karina was incredibly kind and patient. I have very little knowledge about A/C systems—all I knew was that my room wasn’t cooling properly. She listened carefully, reassured me, and scheduled an appointment for the same day between 1:00–4:00 PM. Shortly after our call, I received a confirmation text for the appointment.
A few minutes later, Karina called back and let me know that she had a technician already in my area and asked if I would be available for an earlier appointment. Of course, I said yes!
The technician, Mayor, then called and told me he was about four minutes away and asked if I was home. True to his word, he arrived exactly four minutes later with a huge smile and a positive attitude. He immediately got to work, asking questions about the issue and thoroughly inspecting the system. He checked everything carefully, took photos, and made sure nothing was overlooked.
When it came time to inspect the problem area, I showed him my downstairs room, which was noticeably warmer than the rest of the house. He checked the vent and confirmed that everything appeared to be working properly. During the conversation, he mentioned that he also uses a Google Nest thermostat. That’s when we discovered the issue wasn’t with the A/C system at all—it was user error on my part!
Mayor kindly showed me how to navigate the Nest thermostat settings and switch between heating and cooling modes correctly. I was a little embarrassed, but he never made me feel uncomfortable. Instead, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely happy to help solve the problem.
Thanks to Mayor’s expertise and patience, my room is now cooling off and everything is working perfectly. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from both Karina and Mayor. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent from the technician (Eric). Very nice guy and personable. I feel like the price was a little steep for such a simple service. Had my dryer vent cleaned out and it ended up up being right at $400. Was a little shocked at the bill once I received it. Feel like 200-250 would have been reasonable as the vent was just clogged on the roof. I will probably just do it myself next time instead of calling a service if thats the going rate.
Eric was a friendly and helpful professional. He took "before" photos to show me the diagnosis, and then took "after" to show how he had remedied the issues. Excellent service, will definitely use them again.

Eric came to clean our dryer vent about a month ago. The lint build up was getting bad inside the dryer. I googled why this would happen and found out that the vent was probably blocked and it should be cleaned on a regular basis. Eric asked me how long since we had it cleaned and told us it was recommended to clean out the vent yearly. He told me that the fire department is the one who recommends this and not his company. I also found out that this is the prime reason for house fires. Guess who's calling this company next year!!! He showed me the outside vent and how the lint was coming out of it. He took photos of everything before and after hecleaned everything out. I thought it would take hours but he got the job done quickly. I'll be asking for him when I give them a call next year. It cost a lot this time because we'd never had it done before and it was a LONG time and the vent was completely clogged but next time it will be a lot less. Worth every penny to feel safe!

I would have given a 5 star for Matt's kindness and professionalism but as for the company cost I don't think having my dryer vent cleaned out should have cost me $499!!! They say from $79 but there's no $79 about it! Thank you Matt for being so sweet! I appreciated you! I'm sure it's not your fault that the company over charges people.

Congrats to the people that had a great experience. Mine was the complete opposite.
1) after agreeing on a day to come come out. They canceled. Ok fine.
2) while rescheduling, we agreed on a day. They told me anytime after 10am. I replied 1030, and never heard anything else.
I won’t be trying again.
I was reached out to by the office manager crystal who tried to rectify the situation. However, I had already reached out and scheduled a cleaning which I relayed to her.
The second phone call from crystal was to tell me that the owner wanted me to send out a crew for free if I took down my review. Absolutely not. My review is legitimate and should be seen.
