We got a very bad experience form
This company .
This is a bait and click service .
We wanted to get a dryer vent and all air ducts cleaned thoroughly.
However we were literally charged crazy amount for just cleaning our dryer vent .
Our house is just 6 yrs old. It’s pretty new
Construction .
Don’t recommend.
Two years back we had got this service from a different company and they were very professional , reasonable .
Just not what I was looking for.
Very frustrating experience.
Angel saved our laundry life! He was quick, friendly and got the job done so we can use our dryer again!

After having to replace my AC, I made an appt with Fresh Air Duct Cleaning, since all my ductwork is original to a home built in 1983. On the day of the cleaning Dharold notified me he was on his way for the scheduled 8:00am appt. He arrived with his crew and set off to clean out my ducts.
While they were in my attic, an accident occurred and ine of his crew stepped through the ceiling sheet rock. Dharold notified me right away and called his Manager. During his crews cleaning, Dharold told me that they have found of Contrator to repair the ceiling and that this Contractor would be here, the same day.
Dharold and his crew finished the duct cleaning and then vacuumed any mess that was created due to the duct cleaning. Dharold and his crew were professional and very quick.
When Dharold left, he gave my his and his Manager's phone number, to make sure the Contractor would arrive.
I would recommend this company for anyone's cleaning needs and certainly Dharold on his crew!

Anthony was amenable but the description on the invoice for cleaning is not correct! The invoice stated "whole and complete cleaning of the dryer vent"? However, Anthony only cleaned the exterior portion the vent! He quoted me approximately $400 to clean vent and when I told him I was quoted 79.00 he stated that that was for yearly cleaning! I advised that you guys provided false advertisement he stated that it appeared that the vent behind the wall did not needed cleaning and
he would clean outside vent for $149.00! Based on photos I agreed but after reviewing the description in the invoice I'm concerned and
Would appreciate a phone call from a manager!

These folks were great! Were able to come out same day to clean out my dryer vent. When Ricardo arrived he did an inspection and it turns out everything was free and clear. Thus, no cleaning needed.
They could have easily taken advantage of me and recommended a service I didn’t need and taken my money. They chose the high road and were honest.
While they didn’t get my business today, when the times comes I know who I am going with!
