From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely exceptional. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely lovely to deal with. It’s rare to come across a company where everyone is so helpful, polite, and committed to doing a great job—but they truly delivered on every front.
The turnaround time from ordering to installation was impressively fast, and the workmanship was flawless. The installers were tidy, efficient, and clearly took pride in their craft. The whole experience felt smooth and stress-free.

I had previously used Bespoke Windows and was very pleased with their work. After 3 years I wanted to replace more windows with good quality sash double glazing and I turned to Bespoke.
The fitters were skilled, polite and tidy which made for a positive experience of having them in my home. I felt completely confident to go out for a couple of hours while I went out.
Communication with the firm was excellent from the first survey to the complete work.
One thing that stood out was how they put plastic covering on the stair carpets and in the corridors, as well as dust sheets over any items that might get covered in dust. When they finished they cleared up so I did not have to.
I would definitely recommend Bespoke Windows to anyone wanting double glazed windows of high quality and a firm that is reliable.

Bespoke Windows were recommended by neighbours. The neighbours were right! Bespoke are local to East Dulwich and there were no problems with the installation of the windows and French style patio doors for my rental property. This was about 7 or 8 years ago. Two years later I had the same products installed in my own home. Everything went smoothly and we are very pleased with the improvements lack of drafts and energy savings.
The best thing about Bespoke is they stand by their products! Over time with the heavy French doors can need some adjustment due to climate changes. Bespoke has come by and made these adjustments with no problem. So after all these years, we are so happy we used Murray, Callum and the Bespoke Team!

Founder and MD Murray did all our initial appointments, which seemed like excellent attention to detail. He spent much more time talking everything through with us than other businesses we approached, and this was one of the main reasons we went with Bespoke Windows.
He said early on that the job would be ‘impeccable’ and I have to admit that I thought this was maybe a bit overconfident. However, this is pretty much what we’ve ended up with. Nick, Dan and Callum from the team were all great: explained everything, were friendly and polite, handled the unexpected when it cropped up (original Victorian bricks not mortared in at all? No problem!) and ultimately did a top notch job.
We love our new windows and would recommend Bespoke Windows to anyone in the area.

I used Bespoke Windows Services for a significant project at the front of my home, spending very significant amount on sash windows. Unfortunately, the overall experience—from installation to customer service—was deeply disappointing.
The installation itself was not done carefully. The areas surrounding the windows were visibly damaged during the process as well as other issues that we have experienced with this company. They do well at the sales stage, but the reality has nothing to do with promises.
One of the main reasons I chose Bespoke again was because of a previously successful window installation at the rear of the house but he previous owners. Based on that, I expected at least the same level of quality and performance. However, the new front windows delivered no improvement in sound or heat insulation. In fact, they were less effective than the original windows with secondary glazing. I shared detailed decibel readings taken before and after the work to demonstrate this, but the company’s response was to blame things like legal requirements (trickle vents) and suggest that expectations had not been “managed.”
Their follow-up communication focused more on justifying their position than on resolving the issue. They cited general disclaimers about performance varying from home to home, but at no point did they take any accountability or offer a solution. The response email felt more like an effort to protect themselves than to support the customer.
When I asked what could be done to improve insulation, I was told to consider heavy curtains or reintroducing secondary glazing—steps that negate the point of paying thousands for new windows. I had already explained that these weren’t viable options for me.
In summary, the workmanship was poor, the product underperformed, and the customer service was defensive and disengaged. I regret spending so much money on a company that does not stand behind its work or value customer satisfaction. I would not recommend Bespoke Windows Services to others, it’s overpriced and not pleasant to deal with. I am sure there are better companies out there who value their customers.

This is due to the wider gap between window panes which can reduce sound penetration more effectively.
Secondary glazing, however, comes at the expense of the traditional sash window look, which is another important goal our customers value when choosing us. Unfortunately, to strike a balance with our high-tech traditional offering, it is difficult to compete with secondary glazing when it comes to noise reduction alone.

From start to finish, Bespoke Windows are a thorough and attentive company, that deliver an excellent product to exacting standards. Not only do the sash windows look fantastic and immediately uplifted the look of the house, but the noise and heat insulation has considerably improved as well.
The installation was done all in a day by Dan and Tash, with great attention to detail and minimal mess. When some of the units had to be replaced owing to a minor assembly issue, Sam and Callum were quick in ordering replacements and reinstalling with minimal disruption.
