I can highly recommend Alex at Bespoke IFA, who is not only a very nice person, but is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Both Alex and Sarah in the administration team have been very proactive and the whole team when visiting are very cheerful and I feel confident with their advice.
I was looking for financial advice after an annual statement I received from a company pension scheme showed my pension was not performing at all well (last year my investments regressed badly), the administrators were nigh on impossible to get hold of and I could not get information on how my pension was invested.
Alex met with me, answered all my questions, gave me detailed information on investment pathways and pension projections and I decided to move my pension. The transition from the company pension scheme (Capita) was incredibly painful, I had to jump through multiple hoops and the process was incredibly slow. BIFA and Nucleus kept chasing and eventually my pension was moved.
I couldn’t be happier, in the month my pension has been in its new home, half the set-up fee has been regained on my investments. Not only am I able to look at my pension information in Nucleus’ on-line portal, but I can also contact Alex, ask for information, and receive detailed answers. I will be working with Alex and BIFA for all my future financial advice.
