James has been a great advisor and easy to work with. Clear & concise with his communication and what was required to proceed with a mortgage application. Which is just what we needed, being first-time buyers. Managed to secure us a Decision in Principle in quick time, which allowed us to view properties as early as we could. Once we had an offer accepted, we received the mortgage approval within 7 working days. This was great for us, considering I am self-employed as a sole trader. Would be very happy to recommend James and Bespoke Home Finance.
