After thorough review of several carpentry companies, I decided to go with Bespoke Carpentry London to get my built in alcove cupboards done. The design visit and their tremendous amount of references with “before & after” photos left no doubt in me that I’ll get what exactly I want. All staff I was in touch with is very kind, especially Toni who was super helpful with the designs.
Unfortunately we were unable to accommodate the first delivery slot offered. We were then told we had to pay £60 for a missed delivery, despite us telling them we wouldn’t be available at that time. We eventually paid £30 but still have not received our TV stand which we were told was due 1st Aug when we ordered. I’ve no idea what it will be like so can’t review the item but the service for delivery is shocking therefore wouldn’t use them again or recommend them. A real shame!

After carefully reviewing this, we do not hold your name on our records and we also do not provide TV stands, this review does not seem to belong to our company.
Created an understairs storage design for me. The person who came to fit it two months later said it was impossible to do as would have made my stairs collapse. Total waste of time. In the interim, they had about 2k of my cash in their account for two months and took a week (and several emails and phone calls) to return it. Hopeless

Bespoke Carpentry London were the only company I found who could work in our quirky shaped loft bedroom and create all the wardrobes and cabinets we needed. They were also far more economical than their less flexible competitors. It was fun to work with their designer and trade ideas and the builders did a top drawer job. All puns intended. Book with confidence.

I contacted the company to get a quote for an alcove in a basement flat which is tanked (ie no holes can be done on walls)… the initial conversation on whatsapp was easy and i got an approximate quote until i was forwarded to their designer Tonie… she never understood what I wanted, even though I just wanted a simple shelving unit which can be fit into the alcove without screws (my other carpenter did an amazing job with another room but he charges much more than this company).. she sent me designs and quotes for screwed shelves.
We messaged back and force with Tonie, who said in the end “we only do built-in furniture”… i decided to just ignore it and leave it as it is as i have neither time nor patience to chat to ppl who have no idea what they do.
I will stick with my expensive but easy going chippy

We used Bespoke Carpentry London as we needed built-in storage for our living room and hallway, and they delivered pieces that are both functional and beautiful. Communication was always smooth, the design phase was collaborative and stress-free. The carpenters and painters were very professional and we love the finished product!

Very impressed with the work done by Bespoke Carpentry London. Completely renovated the space under our stairs which now includes a large double coat cupboard, sliding shoe storage and an additional cupboard. The team were brilliant from start to finish - communicative, clean, thorough and friendly. Everything is finished to a high standard from the woodwork to the painting. Very competitively priced as well. Delighted with the results and will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks Paolo and the team.
