We couldn’t be happier with our bathroom renovation by Bespoke Bathrooms. Ben, Baxter, Mike and Massimo were fantastic, working incredibly hard and carefully in a very tight space. They embraced our colourful vision from the start and brought it to life beautifully, with great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Ben and the team were absolutely amazing. Fantastic communication, attention to detail and really friendly and helpful. They were really considered in their approach, and we could not be happier with the end result. We love the space they have created, it feels so luxurious! A really nice group of guys working hard and producing high quality renovations.
Can't recommend Bespoke Bathrooms highly enough! Ben and the team completely remodelled two bathrooms at our c1930 inner north home, simultaneously, to perfection in only six weeks. They took our vision and ran with it - we are thrilled with the result. Moreover, we really enjoyed the process! Baxter, Massimo, Mike and all of the skilled tradespeople who supported them were not only highly professional, but notably personable too. From our initial briefing meetings with Ben, through the process of translating our ideas into workable solutions, the work of demolition and rebuilding, to finessing the finished product, the team communicated with us clearly, constructively and respectfully. Not only a pleasure to work with, most importantly, Bespoke Bathrooms have given us a result we'll treasure.

We hired Bespoke to do two bathrooms and a laundry and from the start of the process to the final result, they were very professional and respectful- so much appreciated as we stayed in the house while it was all going on. The communication was very good, the quality of workmanship very high. Ben was very relaxed and made us feel what we wanted was very achievable. Baxter, Mike and Massimo were a great bunch of guys, passionate about ensuring quality results, focussed on solving any issues that came up.
All the different trades that came through our home were also great. We love the result and enjoy our new bathrooms every day. It’s like we’re in a luxury spa.
I would highly recommend getting a quote from Ben as he is approachable, honest and professional. Although
circumstances meant that we did not use the team to complete our project I would not hesitate to consider Bespoke Bathrooms for future projects .

We previously renovated our vanity and toilet with Ben and had a really positive experience, which is why this outcome has been so disappointing.
Our start date was pushed back multiple times from October to March, and communication throughout the build was really poor. There were rarely any updates, and I found myself constantly chasing just to know if anyone was even coming the next day.
What really let me down was feeling like I had to manage communication between Ben and the trades he hired. At one point, when the tiler came to fix water leaking onto the bathroom floor, I felt stuck in the middle passing messages between Ben and the tiler myself. The tiler was clearly frustrated about being there, and unfortunately the end result reflects that.
There were also multiple quality and finish issues, including inconsistent grout colour between the walls and floor, messy tiling repairs, missing silicone and paint, and areas that just don’t look properly completed.
Instead of properly addressing problems, we were repeatedly offered temporary workarounds. The original water-damaged wall also seems to have been covered rather than properly repaired, with rust coming through the paint almost immediately after the job was completed.
Overall, the whole experience left me feeling exhausted and really let down compared to our previous renovation with them.

The Bespoke Bathrooms team completed a bathroom and laundry renovation for me and I couldn't be happier. The attention to detail was meticulous, they were responsive, and offered guidance to make sure I got the bathroom I imagined. It has completely transformed my house and made both spaces much more functional as well as beautiful.
Bespoke were wonderful to work with from the beginning right through the end. They came up with interesting space saving and very functional design ideas. The team was great to have in our house for a 4 to 5 week period doing two bathrooms and two powder rooms. Their work was really first rate, very solid Farah and comprehensive. The finish product is just brilliant. We are really happy and very happy to have hot water in our house again. Their quote was also significantly less than the couple of others that we got. Work was on time and on budget. Highly recommend recommended.

Fortunately the project was handled by Bespoke Bathrooms who were proactive and highly responsive to our requirements and always responded with patience and understanding in a timely manner.
