They did a good job as far as I can see (just got my car back so time will tell), stunningly quick turnaround time, great availability, convenient location, nice people. No complaints here. That said, this is probably the tenth time I'm tinting windows on a new car, and never before was I prompted to tip 20% on a $500 job (which I hasn't) at the pickup time. This is bordering on insanity -- what's next, a 20% tip on a 30K collision repair job? Despite starting well, the interaction turned out unnecessarily awkward so docking one star purely for this, and I probably won't come back again.
