Beōnd changed my life. Actually, Beōnd has given me my life back. I’ve been back home from Beōnd for about three weeks and my entire world is different (in the best way possible). I went there for mental health and struggling severely with anxiety, ADHD, eating disorder, depression, ect. My symptoms that controlled my life are either completely gone or so well managed I barely notice they are there. Not only did the Ibogaine and the 5-Me0 DMT heal me but the staff at Beōnd gave me the tools to help understand and guide me through my healing journey. There is no place in the entire world like Beōnd and there are no people in the world like those at Beōnd! I am eternally grateful for my experience and have gained a life long family.

Beond is an amazing place! They have about a 4:1 ratio of staff to patient which is amazing and unheard of coming from the U.S. Their staff are all wonderful, caring, and loving people; from doctors to nurses to coaches to chefs to maintenance personnel, etc. I recently completed the 10-day treatment and my life has been changed forever. I cannot thank the great people at Beond enough.
I'm 8 months out from my stay at Beond and can't begin to explain how amazing my life is compared to a year ago. Tom and Talia are my angels, and I'm so grateful to the entire staff at Beond for everything they did for me! If you have any doubts or reservations whatsoever, let them all go right now and experience this place! It most certainly won't harm you in any way but could very possibly change your life and allow you to improve it 1000%! Almost 6 months after I completed the program at Beond, I am happy to report that I'm feeling great and still enjoying the success of my therapy. I was tempted to write a review right after I completed the therapy at Beond but I figured I'd put some miles on these new wheels first so you can see longer term results. I arrived in Oct 2024. It's almost April 2025 and I feel great still benefitting from my experience at Beond. Before Beond, I had never been to a rehab or anything like that so I have nothing to compare. I think I just got lucky having made the right decision on my first attempt at seeking help. This review is public so I'm not going to share too many details of why I was there but I can say I came into Beond as a 45 year old male with severe PTSD and substance issues. I'd been battling both for most of my life. Deep issues all tge way back to childhood. The life review helped surface those things and attack the problem from the root. Ibogaine is a very special substance unlike anything I could ever imagine. The special thing about Ibogaine is that it helps you come to peace with those old issues that is at the root of my substance issues. The special thing about Beond is everything around Ibogaine. Ibogaine launched me in the right direction but the activities, staff, therapy sessions, love, and compassion from the beautiful staff at Beond gave me the tools to keep rolling long after the more immediate effects of Ibogaine wore off. If you are like me, you would be nervous watching all the YouTube videos about Ibogaine. It seems scary and certainly unlike anything I'd experienced before. In my opinion, there's nothing to fear because the staff and doctors at Beond attend to your every second of life while you are there AND give you the opportunities after Beond to continue care on zoom meetings to help ensure your success. To the reader of this, please understand you are in good hands at Beond. If you want change in your life for addiction, PTSD, or a wide range of other issues, you should take the next step and reach out to my family at Beond. No, I'm not related to anyone there but I love them like family because that's how I felt about them when it was time for me to depart. Oh, and excellent food and facilities. Beware of other orgs who claim to provide Ibogaine treatment. Do your homework before making this life changing commitment, but when you decide, commit 110%. Beond is amazing but you have got to get your own head ready for the changes you need to make. Side note.. It’s been a month since I left Beond for an ibogaine treatment for cognitive enhancement. I can definitely still feel the effects of the treatment with heightened productivity, memory and focus. I had been smoking before I went and although I wasn’t specifically doing the treatment for that I have lost interest in smoking altogether which was a nice side effect. The clinic itself was an excellent experience for me. The accommodations, daily activities, and warm authentically engage staff made me feel cozy and cared for. The medical support (basically the resources of a small hospital) made me feel very safe. Even though I was there for cognitive enhancement I was really inspired by all the people working with addiction and mental healthy challenges. All of whom were there to sincerely change their lives. I found the environment enriching beyond the ibogaine specifically. I am writing this a month after my treatment to see if the effect has held and I really has been a remarkable change. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to work with brain related challenges (ibogaine promotes brain growth) or spiritual inquiry. Thank you to the whole Beond team. Five stars!
A few years ago I set out in pursuance of a very deep and meaningful conquest, a spiritual - healing journey to help reset my life and restore hope for a better future for myself! I knew if I was successful my life would come full circle and I’d accomplish my goals, intent and purpose in life, I’d be able to be the father, son, brother, uncle, parent, friend that I always knew I was supposed to be, get a chance to find the True Drew and live a life of authenticity. Some felt this was selfish, I called it Self Love…others felt confused, betrayed and abandoned, and during this time I lost friends and family. In 2018, after experiencing countless life altering symptoms, I had been sent to Wounded Warrior where I was diagnosed with a TBI - traumatic brain injury, CPTSD, and had a lifetime of trauma before that. I knew then I needed to find another source of help, hope and care…little did I know that after a 24 year career as a U.S. Marine, that it would lead me to Cancun, Mexico and to Beōnd for a psychedelic medicine experience l. However; through divine timing, serendipitous circumstances and interactions, I was afforded the opportunity to be a part of Cohort 1 with Beōnd Service, while I was advocating for others to have an opportunity to receive a holistic and plant based treatment. I was running out of hope circumventing the VA healthcare system and traditional medical/healthcare options, I felt I had tried everything, but I didn’t try this! Let me say, what Tom and Thalia have created is the epitome of what wellness and healthcare should be through the world of hope, love, compassion and empathy, wrapped into a beautiful atmosphere, team of doctors, nurses, coaches, chefs, and professionals that should be considered the standard for the entire world to follow! It was single-handedly the most important, transcendent, personal experience of my life and I can say that unwavering with much gratitude. I suspect, every single person there who has seen this process and treatment through, would echo my sentiments and I believe this facility is the future for this sort of practice. I jokingly called it the holistic healing Disney, with each worker giving the Main Street, USA level of excitement and attention to detail. Again, I feel such gratitude for the team, the community and these loving - kind souls, who so selflessly devote themselves to this cause and their parents journey, care, wellness and happiness. I can’t thank you all enough, I look forward to seeing you again and hope to help with your continued success, and life altering journey to save & change lives…and this world! I am so blessed to have been afforded this opportunity, which is nothing short of a miracle, and to have found soo many new member of my tribe & family members, I’m looking forward to 2025 and Beōnd!!!

I’ve been to many facilities for help, Beond is in a different tier. My experience was beautiful, from the cleanliness, and comfortable facility to the staff. This place is truly one of a kind. Tom has assembled a huge crew of absolute gems. I had a really rough second week, went through some rough withdrawals after my flood dose. The team was so compassionate and caring. I’d like to add a special thanks to Javi, Majo, and Marcella for being so supportive through my journey. The medicine is still working on me and I’m grateful to have this chance to grow and direct my life in a new direction. The future is bright! Something I thought I’d never say again. I always wished I could go somewhere that would take care of me & understand the root cause of my struggle- I thought this was a fantasy but I knew it was a reality when I came to Beond.
The level of care from the founders, doctors, coaches, nurses, chefs and everyone in between provides the safety necessary for great healing to take place.
The team even made space for me to paint because that was an important part of the integration phase for me.
The medicine itself is more intelligent than any western or other plant medicine I have ever experienced- it will take you right to the root cause and give you the opportunity to actively heal yourself through great perspective shift. The way that it engages your brain actively throughout is why it is so powerful- I never had the sense of being 'out of control' like other psychedelics. It keeps you very actively engaged without losing your sense of self.
I wish that everyone had the opportunity to experience Beond & this medicine- so if you do have the opportunity you are profoundly lucky.
Saying that Beōnd is a “special place,” or “one-of-a-kind” is laughably insufficient. I am convinced that it is the most capable and medically advanced treatment center for addiction, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and PTSD in the world. I went to Beōnd to get help for my PTSD after trying numerous other treatment modalities. Ten days later, I am symptom free and am confident that my present anxiety- and panic-free state is my new normal. While there, I watched as numerous others, many being treated for opioid use disorder or alcohol dependency, received healing therapy with ibogaine. Each of them walked away with bright smiles, eyes full of love, and free of the cravings that had caused them so much grief. I can’t speak highly enough of Tom and the medical and integration teams at Beōnd. They are truly world class!
Beond is equivalent to the Four Seasons Hotel, actually I take that back, the Aman Hotels of ibogaine treatment centers. Run with such love and precision. I had the best week of my life I would highly recommend Beond to anyone looking to have a greater understanding of life and to overcome ADD and anxiety.
My experience with Beond was so amazing and life changing I am struggling to write this review.
After a car wreck I was put on opiates which soon turned to Subutex/Suboxone. I tried to end my dependence on buprenorphine for 14 years. I had tried everything possible and legal in the US. By the time I turned to Beond, I had gone down to a .25 a day dose of Suboxone and still couldn’t end my dependence.
Not only did Beond immediately end my dependence, my experience with Ibogaine helped me to finally deal with PTSD from my childhood that I didn’t even realize I hadn’t come to terms with. Not only that but the experience was such a deeply profound spiritual experience that I left with such focus and purpose to make my life the best that it can be.
The staff at Beond are compassionate and truly supportive. They deeply care about helping the patients get the care needed. It isn’t just a simple treatment, Beond provides all the tools including before care and after care to help you with whatever your needs are. Every detail is personalized to YOU!
I have been completely free of my dependence for 2 months and I know to my core I will never need opiates or synthetic opiates again.
