This is the most knowledgeable Mercedes Benz electronics shop I have ever worked with. They were friendly and took the time to help diagnose my problems and helped me get a solution far better than going through a Mercedes Benz dealership. They saved me literally thousands of dollars and sent me videos that walked me through the process step by step and when I got stuck Michael was only a text message away. I’m 79 years old and if I can do it you can too. Everything came with a guarantee and was comparable to OEM equipment.

I have a 2011 GLk did a lot of research of the potential problem and fix I ran across the website (Mercedes Benz Specialist) followed the site instructions sent switch off, The repair turn around was fast I did a plug and play, everything worked perfectly, the process saved me a thousand dollars are more, these guys are very professional especially when I had a few questions👍

Michael is the real deal. This is the second repair we have done with them and they are so amazing helpful. Text and phone calls. Always eager to help answer questions and get the job done. Don’t bother with the dealer. Way too expensive. If you think you can’t do this on your own I promise you can!

Had my ESL malfunction and all I saw was the cost of repair being 2k+. Found Mercedes Benz Specialist in Whittier and got more information on the emulator repair. Not only did the part work but Michael Guzman of MBS helped walk me through any issues I had taking apart the steering wheel column and putting it back together. My 2012 MB C250 is now back up and working properly thanks to Michaels excellent customer service skills and knowledge. Thank you again! Please come here with any of your MB needs!!!

I would like to start by saying I found these guys on YOUTUBE followed there instructions in there videos to verify first if I had and ESL issue or something other sure enough I had and ESL issue so I simply messaged the company was they promptly replied back to me and I purchased the emulator another key and the turn around time was amazing less then 48hrs if u next day air it was all worth it. Car back on the road 2014 c300 the reassembly was no more then 15 min.Thanks again Benz Specialist i will recommend you guys to whom ever may have this issue.👍

Michael is an extremely knowledgeable tech and his advice from his YouTube channel to me speaking to him direct provided me clarity and confidence in troubleshooting and eventually resolving the problem with my C300.
