I had a 100% positive experience with Benton Roofing. I had asked a contractor friend for a roofing reference, and he gave me two options, but said, "These guys are the best." I didn't even bother calling the other company. Benton came out the next day. They worked around my schedule for the initial meeting, explained what they felt was the best path forward regarding method & materials, and included me in the planning of a special water diversion system I had installed on my old roof. The new one they put in was even better! I really liked the crew who worked on the house. They did a great job. So far the clean-up seems pretty good, too. This is a big thing with roofing companies. You REALLY need to make sure they do a great job cleaning up. Their lead time was very favorable (It probably helps that I called them in the off-season) and they got the whole job done in a day. I own a small business. I know what it's like to be on both sides of the home-improvement equation. I can only hope my customers feel as good about working with me as I do about working with Benton.

I am extremely dissatisfied with our experience with your company. On multiple occasions, a crew was dispatched to our property that raised serious concerns regarding professionalism, safety, and liability. One individual, identified as Chase, arrived with another crew member whose appearance and behavior were deeply concerning. There was a strong odor of marijuana emanating from him, noticeable from several feet away, which immediately called into question his fitness to be working on-site—particularly on our roof. Looked and acted is if he was strung out. Even more alarming was the complete lack of safety precautions. Our building is approximately 30 feet high, and at no point did we observe the use of harnesses or any fall-protection equipment. This presents a significant safety risk and exposes our business to potential liability. We would sincerely hope that your company carries appropriate insurance, as the conditions under which your crew was operating were unacceptable. The owners of this company are great but need to do some reflecting on their hiring process.. It could cost them their business in the long run.

Extremely happy with the job that Brent and crew did on my roof replacement and gutters! Despite my house being large with a steep roof pitch, the job was done efficiently and professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. Communication was great from start to finish. I’ve known Caleb Benton and Benton roofing for many years and so when the need arose for a new roof the choice was not hard to make. They were the only company willing to come out in the rain for temporary repair to prevent damage to my home before discussing a replacement roof. They were fast, efficient and acted with sincere integrity at all times. When a small issue did arise after completing they took care of if fast and effectively. I couldn’t have asked for more. I have no hesitation in recommending their services in the future.
