Mr Electric did a great job on my EV charging circuit for my car. James and Josy were a great team for my situation. James assessed the work required and Josy got me a quote within a day or so. I okayed the quote and Josy and team were shockingly fast and next thing I know, James is ready to come do the installation. I was charged up because this was amazingly fast, like high electron flow to get from quote to start work so quickly, no resistance at all.
James brought everything he needed to do the job quickly. He had to pull in 4 large HV wires for 150 ft and add breakers and GFCI, and J-boxes and connectors. What I thought would take much longer was done by the afternoon. Shockingly quick I think.
James was very helpful in explaining exactly what was to be done and working hard to get it done.
Josy was extremely helpful in dealing with all the logistics of quoting, scheduling, ordering and making me feel like a customer that mattered and helping me get my EV power upgrade quickly with what I needed.
I appreciate the Mr Electric team (James and Josy), and will recommend them and go to Mr Electric should I need more electrical work.

They were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They tested the circuit, determined the issue was a faulty breaker, and had it swapped out in 15 minutes, for a total visit time of about 30 minutes.
The cost of the visit was reasonable, and they were very upfront and direct about it, and mercifully they made no attempt to upsell anything.
Overall, it was exactly what I was hoping for. I've got their information saved, and I'll be contacting them next time I have any need for an electrician.

This was a great experience across the board. We came home to find our dining room without power and the breaker wasn't tripped. I did my limited troubleshooting and requested a free quote from Benchmark. Ed was kind and took me through some things over the phone. When his repair person came out, he quickly found a power plug that I missed that had it's own rest/test button. He clicked the button and the power was back! We disscused the potential cause and what I can do to avoid it, but really it was a 3 minute "repair". Ed and his colleague agreed that we shouldn't be charged and we are so grateful for their kindness.
