A flawless gem The rooms are a design lover's dream—impeccably decorated with curated French flair, plush linens, and a wonderful attention to detail that makes you feel instantly at home. Every corner of the hotel tells a story of thoughtful hospitality. The food, wow just wow .. Every dish was perfect and beautifully presented with an exceptional wine selection. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. The service is impeccable—attentive, warm, and deeply knowledgeable without ever feeling intrusive, they couldn't help enough. This hotel is a flawless gem, and we cannot wait to return!

Always busy, nice vibe, expensive. We love the vibe in here, but prices have climbed to very ambitious levels. Forty Two pounds for a small somewhat tough steak seems extreme. Compare that to Hawksmoor where a 12 oz streak is Forty Three. I should have stuck to a French classic, anyway the dog was happy.

Delightful Wedding and Two night stay A lovely wedding dinner celebration with a two night stay at QSF was a truly memorable experience. The Food was delightful Moules and Beef Bourgignon was perfect and the breakfast was equally as delicious. Attention to detail was incredible and the room was very comfortable with lots of additional luxuries. The service was very good and nothing was too much trouble. Location was near Williamson Park where the wedding ceremony was held for my Son and my new daughter in law. The family party was hosted very well with great service. Parking was also provided throughout our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality

Great food and friendly service. My first visit (but with family who recommended and have been many times). Delicious food, friendly staff and atmosphere. Roast beef was really lovely. Sunday lunch service was busy and glad we had booked as we saw a few walk in diners turned away. We felt very welcome and would definitely return.

Quite simply deliciously French Popped out today for Sunday lunch and thought we’d give this place a shot after hearing lots of positive things about the place. And yes quite simply french is quite simply delicious. We both had the roast beef Sunday lunch and the beef cooked rare to perfection We will definitely be back to try more of the menu

Lovely classic French food Great venue and food for a special occasion. Everyone enjoyed their food, just a shame the second bottle of wine we ordered never arrived. I would like to come back again in the future.

Great place to dine for a special occasion. The food is very good & the service is always top drawer. However it is quite expensive so we only visit on occasion. Some of the table settings & alcoves are quite so not ideal for diners of the fuller figure.

Ben has built us a brand new website taking our values, message and branding and has created a clean professional yet engaging website which looks fantastic. Ben had ideas from his expertise on how we can improve the format and design. He is now building us a portal for our customers within the website to keep it all together through Wordpress and elemental software which is really easy to use for when we upload new documents and blog posts. The service has been excellent with Ben giving us regular updates and it was seamless in the transition with the old website and domain change, which is a worry off our plate! Thank you - really appreciate the time spent on the project!

Don't hesitate! Water Sculptures have had challenges with our website for some time, so on recommendation contacted Ben at BY Design. He is really approachable and not too 'techy' just totally understood our needs and did a great job solving them. Really happy with the outcome and would highly recommend.
