I had the pleasure of working with Nour over the last five months during recovery from Achilles repair surgery. I left every session feeling accomplished, motivated and confident in my progress. Nour is an exceptional physiotherapist with extensive knowledge and a remarkable ability to explain complex processes in an understandable way. The rehabilitation programme she developed for me played a huge role in my recovery. Thanks to her guidance, I have regained the strength and confidence to return to all the activities I enjoyed before my injury. I cannot thank her enough for her support, encouragement and expertise throughout the process. I would highly recommend the Belvedere Clinic to anyone!!

I visited The Belvedere Clinic for my meniscus tear iniury, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I worked with Nour and she really invested in understanding my injury history and crafted a tailored rehab plan that truly addresses my specific needs. She really pushes me to progress while respecting my limitations and listening carefully to my feedback. I felt a significant difference after just a few sessions, and I'm continuing to see improvement. An added advantage is the clinic's access to on-site gym facilities, which integrates into the rehabilitation program and enhances overall recovery. I really recommend Nour and The Belvedere Clinic.

I’m in to my fourth week on the stronger together program. Im really loving the class setting and teacher. The sessions are different every week and are challenging, you go at your own pace. I can feel myself getting stronger each week, I’ve better balance, mood and energy. It’s the best thing ive decided to do for myself this year. Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience that brought results through a methodical and considerate approach. Nour was able to not only assist me recover from multiple injuries … but also one specific that previous physios diagnosed as “chronic”. Sessions were not rushed and Nour does a thorough assessment to understand how injuries occur as well as how pain is triggered in day-to-day life. From there she treats the injury using a variety of techniques and sets a recovery program to return to full and pain free function. I can’t thank Nour and the Belvedere Clinic team enough.

Her initial assessment was remarkably thorough; I deeply appreciated her dedication to diagnosing the root cause of my pain, not just treating the symptoms. The massage, was amazing, and I felt immediate relief. She then explained my ongoing care plan very clearly and concisely, which gave me great confidence in the path forward. Furthermore, her warm, engaging demeanor made the session incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. My pain has almost gone after just three days. I was a late starter to the Stronger Together program, having missed the first couple of sessions. However with 2 classes per week and homework at the weekend, even after two or three weeks, I am definitely feeling the benefits of increased energy, strength and stamina. There were a few aches and pains at the start, but they go away the more you get into it. At the gym sessions, Nour provides a great set of structured exercises, that really work out all areas of the body. She is very enthusiastic about the program and I always feel energised after each session. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been doing the Stronger Together program with Nour at The Belvedere Clinic, and it has made such a difference for me. My strength, mobility, and confidence have all improved so much since starting. Nour is absolutely lovely. She instantly puts you at ease and really takes the time to understand your individual needs and goals. What makes this program stand out is that it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach. Nour adjusts every exercise to suit your specific challenges and abilities, whatever they may be. I’ve been attending the Stronger Together class at The Belvedere Clinic with physiotherapist Nour, and the difference it has made is incredible. Thanks to Nour, I’m feeling so much stronger and far more confident in the range of exercises I can do to target and strengthen different muscle groups. I feel much more disciplined too — I now even supplement my weekly sessions with an additional workout at home on Saturdays. I can genuinely feel and see a change in my body, and others have commented that I look more toned. My usual daily aches have disappeared, replaced with that satisfying post-workout ache that reminds you you’re getting stronger 🥳. I’m looking forward to continuing so I can build even more strength around my knee, shoulder, and hip, which tend to sublux. Nour’s support has been fantastic, and I can’t recommend these classes enough.

After weeks of consent pain in my hip & thigh where I couldn't go upstairs unless I crawled, I went to Nour in Belvedere Clinic. Right from the start, I felt a hugh difference. Nour not only provided relief through massage but also gave me an exercise plan to do at home between clinic visits. Nour is a professional, knowledgeable, kind & caring physiotherapist who explains everything step by step. She also demonstrates the exercise needed. I have improved greatly & have no problem climbing the stairs. I would definitely recommend Nour to anyone needing physiotherapy care.
