I had a hearing aid mic wire go out and Amanda fit me into her schedule and remedied the problem right then. I doubt I’d get that kind of service elsewhere. The staff has always been helpful, respectful and responsive, and always able to provide acceptable options. I’ve been coming to Beltone for more than 10 years, and I plan to continue.

My experience at Beltone was exceptional. The service was excellent and I was very well informed about how and why my hearing had diminished over the year. Each step of the process was thoroughly explained and after being fitted for my hearing aids and wearing them for a very short period of time I realized what I had been missing because of my hearing loss. In 1 visit my life changed. I would certainly recommend Beltone to anyone.

Some of the nicest people I ever met. My appointment was at 11 and it was 11:30 before being seen. Normally I'd be a little aggravated but I understood when I got back there. The attention to detail and making sure they covered everything hung was second to none. The receptionist apologized multiple times and I was glad they take the time to cover everything and make sure you're taking care of.
