Pam & Melisa were professional and this included kindness, respect, and welcoming. I hadn't had a hearing test since grade school and was surprised at how my hearing was for a person 71y/o. Melisa was kind enough to explain the outcome of the hearing test and scheduled an appointment for next year. It was an educational experience from 2 kind ladies.

Scott’s expertise was immensely helpful in my understanding of how to keep my hearing aids clean. Also by his looking into my ears, which l was able to see on a screen, l could see wax particles that he was able to remove. With several visits, Scott has been able to get the right sized ear cones for my ears. So, I am very grateful for his skill in getting my hearing aids to optimum. You can trust him to meet any needs you may have with hearing aids. I also want to say that Dee is very helpful and settling issues with hearing aids. I am very satisfied with the service offered at Belton.
