I am a transfer patient after my previous HAP closed and this was my 1st visit. Appointment was almost 30 minutes late and not with the provider originally scheduled. My chart had not been transferred, so we could not address any performance issues. They had only allowed a 30 minute appointment, so testing was out of the question. Literally, the best they could do was a quick cleaning. Supposedly, they will call to schedule a hearing test and proper visit... we'll see. Overall, an underwhelming visit. Frankly, I would be looking elsewhere but for the fact they have taken over my warranty contract.
Excellent and responsive service. I have been a customer for years and my recent experience was noteworthy. The specialist was knowledgeable, friendly, understanding of my needs, and quickly and technologically efficient. Couldn't expect better service anywhere in a highly competitive business.

Had a really nice experience. Was greeted by receptionist. Tech was very helpful. Got my phone set back up for hearing aids. Made sure they were working on my phone and was very polite. Can't wait to see them in 5 months. Thank you.

I recently purchased beltone hearing aids that are Bluetooth compatible with my phone they work excellent they were made and modified for my hearing difficulty with tinnitus. Easy to operate and adjust accordingly to your surroundings most insurance companies cover the payments.

I took my elderly mother to Beltone to have her hearing aids adjusted. Rob was amazing! He explained some things that we did not know to do concerning her hearing aids. He showed me how to clean them and gave me a sheet that explained how to use the buttons on top of each hearing aid. I have more useful information that has already made a difference for my mother and for me.

The audiologist explained about hearing loss in a manner that was easy to understand and complete. His manner was professional. I will use the firm to purchase my next pair of hearing aids.They are a UniteHealth Care Participating provider. Easily accessible on St Andrews Blvd from James Island, Johns Island and Charleston proper.
