I had questions comparing my current hearing aids to Beltone hearing aids. My first aids were Beltone and I was very happy with them. I had to switch my Medicare advantage plan that offered a different hearing group. When I needed to replace the hearing aids, I was told I needed to use that group. I haven’t been as satisfied with the new aids or service. I dropped in the Beltone office as I had another appointment nearby. They were nice enough to see me between appointments and patiently answered my many questions. They also explained that I could purchase Beltone aids if I wanted and told me of the various options available to me. I have always appreciated the service and quality of product and am very happy to know I can have that again even with my current Advantage plan. I really appreciate the help they gave me.

Dr Stiegman was fantastic, very thorough and honest. He explained everything about the hearing issues my husband was having and why. He listened to our concerns and was very informative of the options and concientious about our needs and budget in helping us find the perfect hearing aids for my husband. Wonderful man of faith and this new chapter in my husband's hearing will truly be life changing! How ghoy recommend this company. The product warranty and follow-up care in the future, as well as helpful in financing made this the place to go!

I was given a very thorough test and the corresponding results in great detail. I cannot speak to the effectiveness of the devices provided by Beltone since non were required, but I can recommend the friendly and very competent staff who put me at ease and made my test a pleasant experience.
