Today, I had a hearing test done. I am so glad I went. I thought I was hearing good, but I couldn’t comprehend what some of the words were . So after the test I found out that I do need hearing aids. Now I will be able to understand what the customer is saying better when they order cakes and cookies from me. Which is very important. Thanks so much to Bel Tone in Waterloo IL.
For my first time ever visiting a hearing clinic, I visited the Beltone Waterloo office to have my hearing checked. I couldn’t have made a better decision. From the moment I arrived and was met by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, I felt at ease. My Hearing Instrument Specialist, Andrew Morrill was excellent. He was extremely informative, thoroughly guided me thru each test, explain my results in a very easy to understand manner, and provided me with plenty of options to consider.
