Dr. Eduardo and staff are top notch. It’s hard to find a doctor and office staff that actually seem to care about you and your needs! Dr. Eduardo and staff make sure that you’re aware of everything going on. You don’t feel rushed in the office and his so good at explaining all of your options. He is very laid back and has a great bedside manner that helps ease your anxiety especially pre-op. Dr. Eduardo is a DREAM. I had gastric sleeve many years ago with a different doctor and developed a hiatal hernia. Eating wasn't fun and the reflux was AWFUL. Dr. Eduardo quickly diagnosed the issue and immediately got started with testing and surgery prep.
Minimal down time. I went back to work the next week.
I'm almost 3 months out and have had zero issues with reflux, the incisions are barely visible, and I feel GREAT!
10/10 highly recommend him.
On top of it all, he's hilarious and just a nice guy in general.

Love this place! Everyone is so nice and all of my scheduling and visits were very smooth. Dr Eduardo is amazing. From my first appt all the way until my post op, he was very helpful and mindful of your concerns. I usually ask a lot of questions and have lots of anxiety, it was always eased by him because he never made me feel like I asked any silly questions. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I did not feel pressured into making any decisions that I wasnt comfortable with. Surgery went great with no complications. Dr Eduardo checked on me after and made sure to give helpful indications based on what I was experiencing. Care continues past surgery & Im so happy I went with Dr Eduardo! 100/100!!

I recently had my bariatric surgery done by Dr. Roger Eduardo at Beltline Health in Newnan, Georgia, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. Dr. Eduardo is extremely informative, personable, and knowledgeable. A lot of specialists can feel rushed or socially awkward, but he’s the complete opposite—he treats you like a real person and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way.
The surgery went exactly as he explained. Everything he told me to expect happened, and because I followed his instructions, my recovery has gone extremely well.
One thing that really stood out was how thorough he is. Before the surgery, he reviewed my medical history and recommended an additional check he could perform while already in my abdomen. It was completely optional, but he explained why it could benefit me and left the decision up to me. I agreed, and thank God the results came out great. What impressed me most is that my previous surgeon never even mentioned this possibility, so I really appreciated Dr. Eduardo’s attention to detail and the extra level of care.
The office staff is just as great. They’re quick to return calls, respond to emails, and make sure you feel supported. My surgical coordinator, Kaylee, was phenomenal—organized, responsive, and very easy to work with.
Overall, Dr. Eduardo is hands down one of the best doctors I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re considering bariatric surgery or any procedure he offers, I highly recommend him and the entire Beltline Health team.

Dr. Eduardo literally saved my husbands life! He did surgery for a resection and neither myself or my husband have ever met a more knowledgeable and kind Doctor. His staff and office were absolutely incredible. They were friendly and helpful. Dr Eduardo should definitely be the one for your bariatric needs. Other than saving lives, he is the number one bariatric doctors and weight loss surgeons around the metro Atlanta area in my opinion.

He is very nice and personable which I find amazing and comforting when you’re nervous about a surgery!
