Very friendly, communicative, and super professional from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Barron. I’m so thrilled my friend referred me — I’m genuinely relieved to be in such great hands at Brilliant Smiles. Who knew you could actually look forward to a dental appointment?!
Dr. Barron is a very gifted and skilled dentist. I have a complicated dental history and many issues we are working thru getting in order. I am also managing a chronic illness, so finding someone who grasps the element of how dental health is imperative to full body wellness was a non-negotiable. I have peace of mind that the dental work I am receiving will only help my body to heal, as opposed to hinder it, which is often the outcome of someone does not understand such complexities. I appreciate that there is a conservative approach with a focus on longevity, which actually ends up being much more cost effective for the patient. His entire staff is amazing, from the front desk, to assistants, to hygienists. I cannot recommend Brilliant Smiles enough!

Dr.Barron saved my tooth! I went to doctor Barron for a second opinion when another dentist told me my tooth had to be extracted, he was able to save my tooth! His team from the front office to the dentist chair are welcoming and fun to work with. They knew I had an upcoming trip and ensured I was taken care of promptly before traveling. I’m so glad I stopped in to see Brilliant Smiles, I definitely would recommend them!
Dr. Barron is truly one of the most gifted dentists I've ever encountered. Not to get too graphic, but I suffered an event where I lost multiple teeth and had severe facial trauma, and he was able to prevent me having to get a dental implant. He completely saved what he could of the shards of my front teeth that were left and he gave me one of the most beautiful smiles. Dr. Barron also does my Botox for my TMJ and he is one of the very few dentist in the entire Seattle area who does that and he is fabulous with his placement and use of Botox. If you're looking for the best dentist in Seattle for any and all of your dental needs, choose him. You'll not find a more compassionate, competent, wonderful dentist. Trust me I've had over $150K work done in my mouth over 30 years and he is by far the top shelf, the best of the best. I cannot recommend him enough.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If you're someone who suffers from endometriosis and the correlating dental issues that come from endometriosis and inflammation, definitely see Dr. Barron. He will take excellent care of you.
I had dental implant work done, and after speaking with several dentists from the Seattle area all the way to Kentucky, I can say unequivocally that Dr. Barron is among the best you're going to find. Not only did he do an excellent job with the surgery, but he was the only one I spoke with who approached my case with full transparency and open honesty in terms of what type of implants are best, the cost/benefit tradeoffs, and setting expectations once I decided. One of the main things that set him apart was that, after explaining why some of the cheaper options available weren't in my best interests, he suggested I schedule a consultation with a competitor. He did so saying it would help me verify what we discussed, predicting that the other place wouldn't even offer the type of implants he was recommending, and would instead opt for a route that would have cost me a significant portion of my jawbone that I could otherwise keep via his procedure. Spoiler alert, he was dead on - they did exactly what he said they would. If I had gone to these other places without sitting down with him that day, I would be walking around right now with chiseled-down bone and an awkward ridge in my gumline. Not to mention that in 20 years, they'd probably be drilling into my sinuses when they're reset (which won't be required now that I was able to keep the portion of bone they take). What he did for me rendered my smile indistinguishable from anyone else's not only in appearance, but in touch/feel (meaning anyone unlucky enough to kiss me won't be able to tell the difference). They genuinely are good as new.
If you're in the same position I was when I first started considering implants, I'm sure you're going to read a lot of reviews just like this one - so let me save you some time. If you truly want the best solution for you and your smile's longevity, then take it from someone who was in your shoes less than a year ago...unless you cross paths with the Tooth Fairy herself, you aren't going to find a better option than Dr. Barron/Brilliant Smiles.
Dr. Barron and Brilliant Smiles is a dentist/experience like no other. They offer to take bacterial samples from your mouth and showcase under a microscope what is actually going on in your mouth so you can get a clear idea on the bacterial issues, and species of bacteria living in mouth. No other dentist has offered this and it allows you to address and heal your mouth concerns in an actually accurate and effective way that you can SEE the progress of! I would so recommend this dental office because on top of the unique offering everyone who works there is unbelievable kind and knowledgeable. You will not regret your visit! I was extremely anxious for my appointment but Dr. Barron took the time to reassure me and make me feel completely comfortable. The best dental office out there. This is about HONEST dentistry. Needed to redo a few old fillings on the front teeth, and Dr. Barron did an outstanding job. (Before coming to Brilliant Smiles, i went to several other dental offices, and in one of them was refused the fillings make over and advised to get the veneers). Dr. Barron is an amazing dentist and person, who cares and doesnt try to impose something on you or offer you something you do not need for your teeth) . Office vibe is amazing as well, everyone is super nice.
Wow! Not sure why I had not made an appointment before. My naturopath recommended this practice. I sent my husband first and just had my first appointment. They take a holistic approach to your health, after all dental care really impacts the rest of your health. They were clean, didn’t try to add unnecessary work and were even fun! I had a great first impression with Dr. Barron and Kurt. Top notch!
I was headed for a all on 4 Prosthetic. When I discoverd doctor Baron and his staff and the state-of-the-art all on 6 technique. He saved me and he can save you too. Excellent. Dr Brian Barron is an excellent highly trained oral surgeon focused on long term and general health. He let me know I did not need the hyper expensive approach suggested by another dentist but suggested a more practical efficient approach to handling my teeth. Highly recommend!
