The AC stopped working (the fan of the HVAC unit wasn’t spinning anymore). Bell Brother sent a guy that did a diagnostic and said the capacitor broke, which caused the motor to break, and said there are “signs” the motor has oil leaks. Didn’t really see an oil leak, but the guy quoted a $10,000 cost. Said they would have to go into the attic and replace all the ventilation as well (the guy never went inside the house, only looked at the HVAC unit outside on the ground). Got the feeling this technician was trying to upsale, trying to get me to pay for services I don’t need. Called a different company for second opinion. This other less known company sent their guy who replaced the capacitor, and the HVAC unit started working on the first inspection. Cost a few hundred dollars….not $10,000. Long story short, do not trust this company. Not an honest company.
Always great service. Technicians are the best anywhere. Professional and very friendly.

We are very pleased with the work Bell Bros did for us on our central heat and AC. Our AC unit for fairly new...2 years ago during a storm the wind blew over and crushed our unit. So we had to replace it. After experiencing what units cost, we agreed to be proactive and have maintenance done as best we can. I received 2 discount cards in the mail from Bell Bros, one offering $100 off repairs over $300 and the other was a Maintenance/Service visit for $59. That's the one we used. We were able to make an appointment just 2 days after my call. Communication was amazing! Scott was our technician (unfortunately we couldn't find him on the list provided) and, as promised, he called before arriving and was right on time! I had plans out of the home so my adult son handled the visit. Scott communicated everything he was doing and explained options. My son was very impressed with Scott, trusted what was explained, and after some thought, my son agreed to becoming a "member" with a monthly charge of $20. So many things are covered/discounted but not just the AC but also plumbing, heating and electrical issues! My son doesn't give 5 star ratings but there was no hesitation at all to give one on this one!! Thanks so much!

G, id'd and repaired problem and explained what happened. Also, explained questions I had about water heaters, our recirculating pump and water softener system. He also took at other minor plumbing issues we have in bathrooms and outside faucets. Very knowledgeable and informative. Very happy with visit and results. Thanks, G for taking care of us.

Jordan is an excellent service man! He was upfront with everything and gave me a great deal. He took the time to answer all my questions and run through potential house plumbing and electrical updates at no extra charge. Was quick and discreet. Elvester was very professional and helpful and informative. Our plumbing issue was out of his expertise but he appropriately identified that and called for more help and they got the problem fixed.
