Honestly I’m not one to ever do reviews but this is much needed. I’m also not one to really get my eyebrows done aside from doing them myself and little walk ins where they lean you back in a salon chair that will take 5 mins. Well I came here to Bella Papilio and was with Kenzah. Immediately felt comfortable. She is so personable and instantly made the experience great. I was not expecting there to be a whole room filled with soothing ambiance music and a “bed” to lay on - which was actually really comfortable. She took her time and her reactions were priceless AND my eyebrows have never looked better. Kenzah was amazing and I will recommend her over and over after this experience. She felt like my best friend even though we had just met!! (If you made it this far, just book with her and find out for yourself how amazing this is.)

I highly recommend Bella Papilio. Jen has done my brows every month for the past 3 years since moving to Midland. My brows always look fantastic, Jen uses high quality wax and she is also so kind and easy to talk to. I have also booked Tiana a few times and she does a great job too. I’ve been seeing Kenzah for waxing for about a year now and every Time I’m so impressed by her professionalism. I have had a lot of surgeries, extreme weight loss and have physical limitations and she’s accommodated all of it. She’s figured out what works with my loose skin and has always makes sure I’m comfortable both physically and emotionally. Kenzah is a wiz at eyebrows and has as he role a touch as possible in more sensitive areas. If you’ve been hesitant to get waxed because of potential embarrassment or body issues, please see Kenzah. She’ll make you comfortable and as smooth as you want.

Came in for a Brazilian with Kenyah, she was so warm and inviting and for me being a first-timer that was EVERYTHING. We laughed the whole time, she explained every process, and she made a new life-long client! Give Kenyah the opportunity and she will blow you away. ALSO came in to see Tiana for a brow tint, and lash lift and tint. Tiana was gentle, explained every step, and made me feel relaxed during a process that had me kind of nervous! She put the nerves to rest and made me look and feel beautiful. Thank you both for the excellent care, I'll be telling everyone to come check out this salon!

First my lashes have never looked better! I've had my lashes permed and dyed before but they have never last this long! 4 weeks and the perm is still holding stong, my lashes are still pretty dark. I even had a student in on my appointment (we all gotta learn) and I still fell asleep. This was my first time here and it won't be my last.

The leather is nice, but there is absolutely no lining in the purse. So, the pocket is sewed inside into the leather and the stitches show on the back. I was very surprised when it arrived.

Tiana tinted my lashes! This is the first time I’ve ever had this service done and prior I thought I needed extensions, but her work was basically magic and really brought out how full my natural lashes are! Will be returning for this service as well as lash lifts!

This spa is so beautiful and everyone is so welcoming! I had a facial done with Tess and it was AMAZING! She listened to me when I explained the areas of my skin I want to correct and provided a treatment that helped improve all of my problem areas. She provided such a relaxing environment and left my skin glowing! She even helped me come up with a skincare regime after I asked her for some recommendations for products. I will definitely be returning!
