The Innovative SIght and Sound crew arrived on time and ready to work. They were personable, professional and highly skilled. They were precise in their measurements, worked efficiently and took the time to clean up. The added bonus is the crew love their work, and it clearly showed in the way they performed. The work they did for me today was just the first step in the journey. I will be adding audio upgrades where they will calibrate the acoustics of the room, and I can hardly wait until their next visit. The best decision I made was to engage Innovative SIght and Sound. Great products and great value for money. Well, done team and I will see you in a few weeks!

I contacted Innovative Light and Sound—and specifically AJ Keith—for a home AV project, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. AJ was extremely responsive from the start and helped design a solution that fit perfectly within my budget. Prior to working with AJ, I had reached out to another AV company and quickly got the sense that they were more focused on profits and public image than on doing quality work for their clients. The contrast with Innovative Light and Sound couldn’t have been clearer. I was so impressed with how my home speaker system turned out that I recently contacted AJ again to upgrade speakers in my living room. Once again, the results exceeded my expectations. I truly can’t speak highly enough of AJ Keith and the entire Innovative Light and Sound team. Their work is so good that there can be a wait for new projects—but it is absolutely worth it. I will continue using them in the future and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family in the Birmingham area.

I reached out to this company after just moving to town and having an issue with my Rega RP3 turntable. AJ answered my email and offered to come to my house to troubleshoot. He arrived on time and within a couple minutes was able to offer suggestions on what the issue might be and how to fix it. His diagnosis was correct, and my system sounds great again! He will be my first call when it’s time to upgrade.

Innovative not only had the best plan but the most straightforward proposal, illustrating all of the equipment and detailed cost breakdowns. Installation was prompt and professional. They were able to adapt to a few unforeseen challenges on sight. The end result looks great and functions as expected. Would highly recommend.

I am VERY surprised to see all of these 5 star reviews for this company and especially A.J. Keith! (Branch Manager for Birmingham, AL location). Our company contacted Innovative Sight & Sound of Birmingham about some automation system’s in our corporate office and upgrading our existing security camera system. I spoke to A.J. Keith one time over the phone and explained to him what we were looking to do. He seemed like he was too busy at the time to answer some of the questions that I had and seemed a little rude as well! I was told that he would get back to me and I never heard back from him. I was also told by one of our other executives here at our office that he once used them for some home theater work he had done by them and that they were substantially higher in prices versus other companies he had consulted with prior. He also said that he has had nothing but problems with the system amplifier and could not seem to get anyone to ever come out to look at it and resolve the issue. Highly skeptical of these other so called “5 star reviews”!

We were referred to Innovative Sight & Sound by a neighbor who has used them for years. When our office was looking to upgrade its antiquated and non-functioning security cameras, we looked no further than this company. AJ and his team are professional, responsive, courteous and get this-ON TIME! We are now back to the future with an excellent security camera system, which is also user friendly. I would definitely both use them again and recommend them to anyone needing similar services.

Innovative Sight and Sound provides a great product and stellar customer service. All the systems they installed in our home work well and are user-friendly. But, occasionally, I do have to call with an issue. A remote won't respond or a Roku box has gone dead, for example. AJ responds to texts immediately, helping me with whatever problem I have. I appreciate knowing that he is just a text away to help me with any issue I may have. I highly recommend this company.
