Everyone I have dealt with on the phone or in person is extremely pleasant and professional AND accommodating.....especially Kristi as soon as you walk in she greets you with a huge smile and hello then expertly handles all the questions and billing and helpful information. Tom! Always pleasant and really smart. He handles my aids with experience AND explains what, why and how the aids work with all the idiosyncrasies and takes as much time as I need to make everything "user friendly". When there is an issue with the device(so) he takes care of it ASAP and at my convenience. Always a good experience.

When my hearing aids seemed to be losing battery power in the evening, I contacted Miracle Ear. Tom checked them and said they needed to have new rechargeable batteries installed. He sent them out for service and gave me a loaner pair to use in the meantime. I am grateful for their prompt service and that there is no additional charge!
