We recently used BeeKind Pest Control after discovering birds nesting in a vent on the side of our house, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Matt was excellent, clearly very knowledgeable, professional, and approachable. He took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and left the area clean and tidy once the job was complete, which really stood out. The whole process was seamless. Their booking system was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and everything ran exactly as planned, which makes a big difference when you’re dealing with something unexpected at home. On top of that, the pricing was very fair for the quality of service provided. Overall, a really positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to use BeeKind Pest Control again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and professional service.

I contacted Matt today feeling very stressed as I am in the middle of some building work and appeared to have a bee problem - I needed some good advice quickly and that’s exactly what I got! He was extremely knowledgeable and patient, answered all my questions and explained things very clearly. We came to the conclusion that I did not need his help at present but I would not hesitate to contact him again should the need unfortunately arise. Many thanks Matt, it was much appreciated.

Thank you for leaving us a lovely review Esther. Once we recognised the type of bee in the photos and videos sent, we could put your mind at ease in knowing they were not able to harm you or the builders as they are masonry bees. These bees can look like bumblebees which can sting if you go near their nest, but watching their flight pattern l knew it wasnt bumblebees. We appreciate these calls as it means people are wanting to understand and learn more and make a conscious decision based on more information provided. There was no need to charge for a call out to come and remove them or have the builders away from site during that procees.

After being quoted £150 for the removal of two small wasp nests in my loft by another company, I spoke to Matt at BEEKIND. After hearing my description and sharing subsequent photos, Matt said that if I was happy to, I could remove them myself and avoid a large callout fee. He walked me through the process of removal, explained why the wasps may have chosen to build a nest in the loft and advised on aftercare to ensure no further nests were built. I can't thank Matt enough for his help and generosity. Should I have experience an issue that's beyond my ability, I know who I'll be calling to resolve it.

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. We have struggled with rats in our loft for months. We had visits from x3 different pest controllers who put down poison, but the rats came back. A friend recommended contacting Matt. He was quick to respond and had a detailed discussion with me on the phone. He arrived promptly and spent lots of time looking for possible entry routes. He established the problem was in one of the drains and put in a one way value and gave me the contact details of a company to organise a drain survey. Matt was knowledgeable and reassuring and I was very appreciative of his help. He was committed to solving the problem and not just doing a quick fix.

Reviews like this one blow me away, and l wonder how l get these amazing reviews with really kind words in them when l consider what l do to be a standard repsonse/solution to customers needing my assistance. If it were possible, I’d give more stars. From the initial call all the way through to Matt carrying out the work, it was complete professionalism from start to finish. Matt was really helpful and responsive and quickly arranged a woodworm survey on a house I am purchasing. The report was really clear and thorough (he investigated the cause of the woodworm and found roof defects and other issues, as well as taking moisture readings and taking lots of photos). Matt sent it through quickly, which was a massive help to me. Great service and would highly recommend.

If you need pest control you can have 100pc confidence in - look no further! Communication is first-rate and Matt went above and beyond to deal with our rat problem - which wasn't easy (old house, hidden corners, difficult drains etc) but he persisted until we were completely happy. Matt and his team came out on the hottest day of the year and did a great job in removing the bee colony from our bay window roof space. They worked constently and effectively all day in arduous conditions, leaving the bay roof timbers clear of nest materials, cleaned, treated and dressed with repellent.

Thank you for your feedback Stuart, that day was a test of patience and skill with temperatures reaching 34oC in a tripple layered bee suit surrounded by 60,000 bees. I wont be forgetting that day for a long time but still mamaged to get the job completed and save the colony 🙌🏻

Matthew provided a professional and thorough service. From the receipt of the comprehensive quotation to a pre treatment visit I was impressed. He arrived on time and worked diligently to deal with the situation in the loft. He kept me informed throughout the day until finished. He found some unexpected issues and dealt with those as part of the service. On completion I received a report with colour images and a video of their work. I would recommend Matthew and BEEKIND Pest Control unreservedly.
