Honestly 10/10 had some wasp trouble with them going under a gutter and into the side of my house (they were so noisey!) , a person previously came to spray it, which didn't work and then I couldn't get in contact with them. So I needed to find someone else - Matt came out the same day, 4 days later and not a single wasp in sight, well worth the cost and the due dilligance Matt has had checking up to see if what he has done has actually worked. And I will be recommending!

We recently had a wasp nest in our laurel bush and BeeKind came out, doned their protective suit and did their thing! Within an hour there were no signs of wasps! Very efficient and effective treatment.

Such a quick turnaround time and all wasps terminated the first time. This was a great experience and so professional. Thank you so much Matt.

I think this is probably the 3rd review for BEEKIND that says “If you're reading this review because you are trying to work out which company to go with, stop looking, you've found your guy!”... It's the perfect summary, our issue was resolved quickly, with great communication & no hassle. I contacted Matt late on a Saturday afternoon about a wasps nest in the loft. He quickly gave a no pressure response, with clear costs & availability options. Less than 24 hours later he was on site dealing with it, at the promised time, having confirmed he was en route & his e.t.a. Matt was very thorough and when finished he reconfirmed his guarantee that in the unlikely event it was needed, he would be back. Great guy, very reliable & 1st class service. Can't ask for anything more than that!

What a fantastic service Matt has provided, after a previous bad experience with another company BEEKIND has certainly restored our faith in getting our issue sorted. Matt was so thorough and professional with his inspection and getting to the bottom of how mice were entering our home, the problem wasn’t even visible but Matt found it and sorted it. Everything was explained to us and the level of knowledge was amazing we felt completely assured with what Matt was doing. A plan is now in place to stop the problem with Matt happy to return to keep and eye on the problem and also offered for us to contact him at any time for advice or even if we just have a question. Bees in chimney 💀 Matt gave helpful advice to keep a consistent fire going to smoke out and avoid really heavy costs. Still smoking out now as it takes some time, but highly recommend Matt as a person for genuine advice and support during this nightmare!

Ok… so this review is a long one, but all comments are genuinely felt 🙂 Discovering a carpet/fabric moth invasion throughout the house was a total shock. I looked for help online and found amazing reviews for Matt at Beekind. Not being the homeowner, just a guest, I supplied images and asked for a quote. Matts response was super fast. This is a man who truly does take your concerns seriously. Within hours we had a plan of action in place, which included the addition of extra support workers from his company. As a guest, I was not able to be at my friends in order to help her with any prep work before his visit. She’s partially sighted and 83, so was worried that something would go wrong and was nervous about being alone in her home with strangers. However, Matt and his team arrived promptly, went over the treatment plan thoroughly, ensuring that they set her mind at ease. Then their hard work really began….. they systematically moved from room to room, stripping out rugs and moving all of the furniture, to ensure that the nasty little bugs would be eradicated. Throughout this time, Matt, continued to reassure my friend and spent time updating her. I called her several times as the work progressed, just to offer morale support from afar, but was amazed to find her quite chirpy. The team had impressed her so much, that she was really confident that all of her treasured possessions would come through the process unscathed…. This was in fact exactly what happened. Everything was perfect! She was so relieved that her home was safe again and for the first time since I’ve known her (20+ yrs), she was comfortable that complete strangers were in her house. Matt kept me in the loop too, as I had a complete set of images to see the progress, along with a full report covering the cleaning, heat treatment, insecticide treatment, fogging treatment, trap installation and finally returning all the rooms back to good order. The work took a whole day to complete and covered the whole house. It was never going to be something an average home owner could do on their own, so Matt and his team were a godsend. His careful consideration of my friends situation, went above and beyond what would normally be expected from a visiting contractor. The icing on the cake was his inclusion of myself in the process. After a few days, he took the time to chat me through the visit, even though I wasn’t the home owner. I feel confident that he has carried out all of the work to a very high standard, but his personal care and honest concern for my friend was something money does not buy! Thank you so much Matt. To any other potential customers, I hope that if you need help, you too will find out what a great company this is, as they come to your rescue!

Matt was able to come to save our bee colony as soon as I contacted him. He gave lots of reassurance & advice, rescuing the colony brilliantly. It was well worth it as it was the largest one he'd ever saved & contained lots of queens & eggs! It was amazing to see Matt's video footage afterwards. Mathew was brilliant when I discovered that our property had rats living in the roof and drains. He came out within 2 working days and identified the issues and explained possible routes to eliminate the issue. Throughout he was professional, efficient and maintained excellent communication. I would definitely recommend his services 😀
