Bee Financial helped me with my remortgage. It was a long process, mainly due to third parties' delays, but Laura and Annabelle were always proactive, chasing updates and nudging the relevant people involved. They also provided a clear overview of the entire process and kept me informed at every stage.

I had amazing support from Bee Financial whilst navigating purchase of my first property through a shared ownership arrangement. Annabelle Bezant and Laura Astley were both helping me and were both fantastic. I was in contact with Laura pretty much daily. Being my first venture on to the property ladder I had a lot of questions and she guided me through all of it, even the simplest things that I was a little embarrassed to ask about. She was there to help even once everything had been handed over to my solicitor, and though her work was done she’d still be there to answer any query’s I had. For the last few years we have used Annabelle as our mortgage advisor.
Firstly when we brought our first house together, we were not in the best position credit wise but Annabelle worked so hard and got us our first mortgage, we then used her again when our fixed term was up and again got us the best deal she could.
We then decided we needed to move and approached Annabelle again, and of course again she did thorough research and after back and forths with different lenders she secured another mortgage for us. Even through the stresses shes not only there as a mortgage advisor she listens and reassures.
I would highly reccomended anyone looking for a mortgage advisor to use Bee Financial, Annabelle and Laura work amazingly together and work non stop to get you where you need to be.

We chose to use Bee financial as our mortgage brokers when myself and my fiancee decided to buy our first home. Laura and anabel are faultless and provided an absolutley perfect service. They provided us support in an often stressfull time and put us at ease. When myself or my partner didnt understand certain terminology or forms they took the time out of their busy schedule to explain it in such a way that we understood. We are so so pleased we chose to use Bee Financial and we are 100 percent certain we will use these guys again when our fixed rate mortgage ends. When it came to finding a solicitor Bee Financial have a hub of solicitors that they can recommend, we chose to use this service. Laura and anabel were with us 100 percent of the way right up to completion with regular check ins and emails to solicitors asking for updates etc. We love our first home and its down to Bee Financial 🐝. First time we’ve used Bee Financial. But it was recommended by family who have used them multiple times. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. Always available and got our mortgage in principle for us within 2 hours. Which is pretty remarkable.

🚨 Extremely Unsafe Handling of Sensitive Documents – Avoid Working with Annabelle 🚨
I had a very concerning experience with Annabelle regarding the handling of sensitive documents. I requested to send important documents (passport, mortgage-related files, etc.) using end-to-end encrypted methods (such as Google’s encrypted services, WhatsApp, or WeTransfer with security settings), but she refused outright.
She refuses to work with anyone who prioritizes secure file transmission, which raises serious concerns about her data protection practices. Even more alarming, she stores sensitive client documents in an unsecured manner, potentially violating data protection regulations. Instead of using secure storage solutions, she keeps them in her email, leaving them highly vulnerable to hacking.
When I raised concerns about identity theft risks, she seemed unaware of the potential dangers and dismissed the importance of protecting client data. This level of negligence is extremely irresponsible.
If you care about the security of your personal and financial information, do not trust Annabelle with your sensitive documents. The way she handles client data is a serious security risk, and you could be exposing yourself to identity theft by working with her.
❌ Proceed with caution – or better yet, avoid her entirely. ❌
