A LITERAL GODSEND!❤️ We were recommended Annabelle by my cousin who had used her a year prior for her first home. I can now also say I would 100% highly recommend Annabelle and her team! She has helped us from start to finish get our first home and we couldn’t be more grateful for her dedication, time and passion to help in all aspects! Annabelle fought our corner and helped us majorly with the estate agents we were buying from as they were a right pain! Annabelle is a great lady to work with when it comes to mortgages. Before she came along I had spoken to a few different mortgage advisors but Annabelle stood out from the rest. Very professional, friendly and willing to help. Being a first time buyer alone and not knowing anything about purchasing a property, Annabelle really helped me understand the process and has got me a great mortgage. I finally get the keys to my house in 2 weeks. 100% would recommend!!

Highly recommended Annabelle Bezant as mortgage broker, after 2 advisors wich didn't give me any chance and another 1 find me a AIP far away from what I was looking to borrow. I found a post wich was mentioned her name and I decide to make last attempt and didn't disappointed me and get me AIP bigger than I expected.Very responsive at any time of day or night😅 and helped with any question or advice I needed. is not enough 5* she deserve from 10* up.

GREAT!! Annabelle was so helpful and practical when it came to getting a mortgage for my son who is self employed. More than 2 other brokers had told him to go away and come back is 12 or 24 months but not Annabelle. She immediately told us it was completely possible and what we needed to do. He is in the CIS scheme and we needed 13wks slips as evidence and coupled with Further guidance from Annabelle to swing the odds in his favour he got his mortgage offer and is now in his own home at 22. Annabelle has helped us to buy our first home! She made everything so clear and told us exactly what we needed to do to be in a position to buy. She never rushed us and made the whole process much less stressful. She was available to speak and answer messages at all hours of the day which is so helpful when you work until late. My partner and I couldn’t thank Annabelle enough. After some sticky situations, our credit score wasn’t the best… We were rejected twice from some lenders and were ready to give up hope. Annabelle on the other hand did not give up on us. She managed to get us a mortgage offer we could only imagine of getting. We enquired in January about applying for a mortgage after a year of bad news off other brokers, due to covid and not having good credit. Annabelle has been a delight to have as our broker, things didn't look great to start with but with all her hard work we got an offer after few days, after month we found our home put in an offer in on property, and month later we have had our mortgage offer accepted.
