Joey, Jessie and Tyler were absolutely the best. Due to their quick action and problem solving skills we were able to prevent a significant loss. This was our first encounter with Bedrock and we are incredibly fortunate to have been referred by our P&C agent at Wexford Harbour, Scott Myklebust.
I won’t go as far as to say I can’t wait for the next water damage but, if it happens again, we will definitely call Bedrock. Robinson was our project manager. He kept us posted on what was happening when, checked in to make sure all was going well and followed up at the end to make sure we were happy. Josh did the work and was a master. When they told us ahead of time that when the project was done that we’d never be able to tell we had water damage in our ceiling I was skeptical. They were right. I swear the ceiling looks better than it did before the damage. Thank you to Robinson and Josh for their great communication and expert repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
Had an inspection done to investigate minor water issues in my basement. Unlike every other company, Todd was extremely honest and professional, and didnt use the common sales tactics by pressuring you into services that aren't actually needed (looking at Roto Rooter, Bonfes, etc).
Even though I didn't need services today, I was given some good tips on how to handle exterior drainage issues, and was given peace of mind that the water issues in my basement were more minor than I anticipated.
Because of their integrity, which isnt seen much now days, I'll go out of my way to refer them to anyone else I know that has similar issues, and I'll be sure to have them as my #1 pick if I do end up having issues.

Bedrock is amazing! They saved our home after major water damage. Always patient with our questions and extremely knowledgeable. There mitigation team was at our house within an hour of our call and worked until after 11:00 pm to get our house drying. They worked with our insurance company. Adan was brilliant! And Robinson, our restoration project manager, was so fantastic to work with. He was always available and so patient with all my questions. All along, we got the sincere impression that they really cared about us and our house. Our house is back and better. I could not recommend these guys any more strongly. When a crises hits, you want them in your corner.

I worked with Ricky on a kitchen remodel after my floor flooded. He was really great about coordinating all the different contractors that needed to be coordinated. He was friendly and communicative throughout the process and patient with any questions I had. Bedrock was able to negotiate a really good deal for me with my insurance company. They were timely and efficient with their work.
The bedrock team was very quick and helpful when we had water damage that required restoration. They came out almost immediately to get started. The team was also very helpful on navigating insurance and advocating for us. And the construction crew did a great job as well. All in all we were very happy with choosing bedrock to help with restoration and reconstruction.
Bedrock is AWESOME!!! I was referred to them by my insurance company. They were 1 of 3 - I called the first one - no answer & the second one was automated asking me to fill out something on line - The third one was Bedrock & I couldn't be happier that the first 2 didn't answer. They answered on the first ring! From the initial call to the end of the process, and everything in between, this is who you want to call! Nothing but praise for the entire staff that I dealt with! I first spoke to Jesse and he coordinated the crew to come dry out the mess I had. They were at my house in under 90 minutes. I can't remember their names but they were Awesome! This whole project became a nightmare with the independent adjuster handling my claim. The project should have been completed in under 2 months but took over 7 to complete. This was NO FAULT of Bedrock, only the adjuster. Everyone involved at Bedrock was understanding and patient with me. Once we had the first payment made they worked quickly to get my project done. I dealt with 3 different phases of restoration and everyone that worked on my house was professional, courteous & did an excellent job! Any mess was contained perfectly & removed without issues. The clean up crew, the drywall crew & the flooring crew were all AMAZING!!!
I can't stress enough how AWESOME the whole crew at Bedrock was! Huge shout out to Adan, Ricky, Jesse & the rest of the staff that i can't remember the names of, for being understanding & super easy to work with during this process. It wasn't easy but again not the fault of Bedrock, they were stellar!
I Highly Recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or any type of clean up after damage to your house.

Bedrock came and checked my property but never followed up with a quote. I waited 3 weeks and received a few excuses but no quote. Total waste of time.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Bedrock Restoration. From the initial mitigation through the completion of the restoration, everything was done promptly, on schedule and within the estimated budget. Their crews worked so hard and were timely, tidy and did fantastic work. Both Marlon and Robinson are true professionals and were so responsive to our questions and went the extra mile for us to make sure the work was completed by a specific date. I contacted Bedrock Restoration after passing their truck on the street. Robinson and his Team were great to work with. Bedrock worked with my insurance on the estimate approval. Beginning with the estimator, their people listened to the homeowner, put in an honest day's work, had a can-do attitude, very professional and the communication was very good. Robinson previewed
to identify the number of days, workers and materials needed in advance of starting the job, with timely check in's and it showed they value their customers.
