I had a wonderful experience with Bedrock Plumbing! The technician was fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through the recommended follow-up, and did exactly what I asked.
They were also very respectful of my home and went out of their way to find what they needed without causing any disruption. And an extra bonus: they were very kind and patient with my dog, who was extremely interested in supervising the entire job!
I really appreciated the excellent communication and care from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Bedrock Plumbing and will happily call them again in the future!

Noticed a wet spot in the ceiling. They called me back after hours and were able to come the next morning (wasn’t an emergency). Jaden came out and found a tiny leak. Was able to repair it. Super happy with the responsiveness and ability to get the problem resolved.

Robert from Bedrock Plumbing came out today to take a look at a laundry list of minor plumbing repairs for us. He was prompt, courteous, respectful of our home, patient in explaining what he was seeing and genuinely helpful. He told us when something was a DIY fix and when something required professional servicing. He patiently walked us through our choices without any high pressure upsell tactics like a competitor of theirs. He fixed a number of items on the spot, adjusted a couple other items free of charge and helped us figure out how to order other items we need and offered to come back to install them if we find the DIY is beyond our capabilities. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

We had Bedrock install a new water softner. Great experience. The plumber Jaden was very polite, knowledgeable and willing to listen and answer our questions. Cleaned up after himself so well you would’ve never known someone had just installed a water softener. Would recommend any of their services based off our experience!

I can honestly say that I had a great experience with Bedrock Plumbing. I had a leak problem for a few months and worried about water damage to the house if I didn’t fix it, but I wanted someone I could trust to work on my house. After reading reviews, checking prices, and going with my gut, I chose Bedrock Plumbing. Cezary came out and identified the problem, fixed the problem and let me know what to do or who to call if the problem continued. He kept it clean, efficient and professional. Very nice as well! The next day unfortunately the same problem persisted, I called the office again and very kindly Natalie in the office set me up to have Cezary come back out again. She also let me know upfront about any costs beyond the original leak and made sure I knew their policy before coming back out again which I really appreciated. Living in an older home in Minneapolis is bound to have problems, but having a good plumbers number like Bedrock is who I’ll call with any future problems. Two thumbs up.
