First time trying the new Dermalux LED therapy and it was such a lovely experience. Hannah was lovely and welcoming and explained everything to me. 20 minutes of pure relaxation whilst letting the lights do there thing. Will be back for more!

Really enjoyed my Environ Coolpeel treatment today at Glow by MW Fitness. Hollie is amazing and made me feel really comfortable. It was so relaxing, I fell asleep! The results are incredible. My skin feels so smooth and just one treatment has already faded some of my acne marks and it's really helped clear a recent breakout. I will definitely be back for another one.
I have given the wonderful Rosa and Hollie 5 stars for their friendly welcome and professionalism as always. They never fail to work at a very high standard. Both my Mother and myself have enjoyed our treatments with Rosa since she started work as a newly qualified Beautician. However, I do feel very disappointed at the way in which the relaxing and peaceful environment at Glow has been broken. When I arrived for my latest appointment I couldn’t hear what Rosa was saying to me we had to step outside in order to converse. The noise level from the hairdressing area was immense with the hairdresser and customer shouting to one another over the noise of the hairdryer. A beauty salon should be a calm and quiet place where clients pay good money to relax and enjoy the tranquility and benefits of their selected treatments. I do hope that this situation can be resolved without too much trouble and as soon as possible.
Rosa is simply the best! Best waxing experience I have ever had. She noticed I was nervous and was so kind calming and reassuring the entire time. Glad to have found my go to waxing place in Bishop Stortford. Thank you Rosa xx

Best waxing i have ever received plus lovely aftercare with a lavender oil. Im quite sensitive but found this whole experience enjoyable. Hollie was fantastic and so lovely to talk to. A wonderful experience thank you i will be back and lovely peaceful surroundings too
