They may be passionate about their treatments but it’s clear all they want to do is fill in their schedule as full as possible to maximise their revenue and profit which includes their booking and cancellation fees

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the situation for accuracy and transparency.
Our salon has a clearly stated policy that appointments are cancelled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, particularly for short sessions such as a 45-minute booking, where it becomes impossible to deliver the service to our standard.
In your case, this appointment was cancelled after you were over 20 minutes late, and you had still not arrived at the salon 38 minutes past your appointment time. We reserved 45 minutes for your appointment, if you arrive more than 30 minutes late, it’s impossible for us to provide any service at all.
This decision was made strictly in line with our policy, which applies to all clients equally.
It’s also important to note that over all your past 5 visits, you have arrived late nearly 15 minutes or over 15 minutes. However, we still accommodated you despite significant late arrivals and still did our best to provide service, despite the impact on our schedule and other clients.
Unfortunately, on this occasion, it was no longer feasible.
Our policies are not about being strict; they exist to respect the time of our staff and clients, and to ensure we can consistently deliver quality service. Like any professional business, time management is essential.
We stand by our cancellation policy and the decision made.

I have been coming here for a few years now to get eyelash extensions and they have never disappointed.
Previously went to KoreaBeauty on Swanston St but someone recommended me BeautyFairy and have not looked back since then.
I don't usually have the same lashes technician each time since I just choose a specific time regardless of who's available. Yesterday I had Sue and she did an amazing job.
All the staff are very friendly and the environment is always clean and peaceful.

So glad I found this place! Actually discovered it through a random conversation at pilates when I complimented a girl’s lashes - shout out to her for the recommendation!
Just got my lashes done yesterday and they feel so natural and look exactly what I was hoping for. The studio might be on the smaller side, but it’s still is actually really cozy and comfortable
Everyone here is lovely too, which makes such a difference when you’re lying there for a couple hours getting your lashes done.
Already booked my next appointment because I have a good feeling about this place! Obviously can’t comment on retention yet since it’s only been a day, but I’m planning to update this review after my refill to share how they hold up.
Will definitely be back and already thinking about who else I can recommend this place to.
