This was my first time at Beauty Fairy… and my first time getting a lash lift with tint. I’m very very happy with the results!! Hazel was my lash artist, very welcoming. It was such a lovely relaxing experience, truely a nice and calm environment to treat yourself.

Hazel did amazing job on my nails!! She was patient and paid great attention to detail. The salon vibe was relaxing and the whole experience was lovely. I’m absolutely obsessed with my nails and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Hazel!!💅💕

I’ve had my eyelash extensions at beauty fairy for a few years now, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s in a convenient location, fairly priced, and my advanced technician always does an amazing & speedy job. Highly recommend!

My first time here with Sue was very smooth and she did very well with my lashes. Hence I came back to this place for future lash appointments.
My second time here was abit of a disaster even though my lash person Reina was very friendly.
Yesterday there were multiple uncomfortable moments I've felt during my lash appointment. First of all, Reina was very very sick with a cold. She shouldn't be at work serving customers as she could pass on her sickness. Her nose was constantly running and she was having trouble breathing and sniffling inside her mask. Whenever she came closer to my face I could smell her breathing by her mouth onto me. I was worried to get sick but I let it go because she was very friendly.
Besides this, her phone was on or near by the bed and it was vibrating constantly throughout the whole eyelash session. I felt vibration near my head and it made me hard to relax which I usually do during lash appointments.
Last but not least, I just happened to check my lashes today and I can see junks of white glue on my left eye with uneven lashes, my right eye lashes are also unevenly and fallen downwards.
Overall, her handling my lashes was pretty rough on my face. I had glue in my left eye and she was picking my lashes on the left side. For the price of $119 this is really terrible service. My first visit only costed half the price and my lashes looked way better than this second time.
I don't recommend Reina even though she was very friendly

We would just like to clarify a few things regarding your appointment. Reina was not sick during your service, she unfortunately suffers from allergies, which can sometimes appear similar to cold symptoms. However, we completely understand how this may have made you feel uncomfortable during the appointment, and we sincerely apologise for that experience.
In regards to the pricing difference, your first appointment was for a Mini Wet Set, whereas this recent appointment was for a Natural Wet Set, which is a different style with more coverage and therefore a different price point.
We also wanted to mention that the white glue visible in the photo may not have come from our products, as we only use black lash adhesive in salon. However, if there is any issue with the lashes themselves, we would still be more than happy to check and fix them for you.
We’re also very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the final result. If you could please contact us directly (0484 013 574), we would be more than happy to arrange a complimentary fix for you. We always want our clients to leave happy with their lashes.
Additionally, if you prefer a more advanced stylist for your next appointment, we would absolutely recommend booking with one of our senior artists, as different artists may suit different preferences and styles.

The experience I have here is inconsistent and mostly not great.
I had an amazing experience the first time I got my lashes done with Sue hence why I came back the second and third time.
The second time there was a very noticeable gap on one of my eye in the first few days. I contacted the business and they give me a short window to come in and fix, which was okay. I thought it could be a one time issue.
The third time I went back, the technician ran 20 minutes behind and my appointment was cut short. The same service usually takes 45-50mins and I was out of there in less than 30 mins. Soon I realised that one eye has significantly fewer lashes than the other and the lashes fell out very quickly. Two weeks later, one eye was still decent looking and one only has 3 lashes on.
Leaving a two star because I was happy with the first appointment.
