In November 2024 we had two identical wardrobes fitted by Beautiful bedrooms. I chose them in part because they seemed to be a quality organisation and offered a 10 year warranty. We were very pleased with the result but in July 2025 we noticed the foil on one of the corner doors started peeling at the edge and contacted the company.
Multiple emails, an at home visual inspection and four months later they eventually sent someone who told me it couldn't be fixed and the whole door would need to be replaced. Almost three more months later, more emails and one missed appointment they finally sent someone to replace the door. After the fitter left I noticed the replacement door was a different shade of white than the rest of the wardrobe. I was not warned that this would happen. I contacted the firm the next day to raise the issue with them and despite a follow-up email they have now stopped communicating with me and I am now left with two expensive fitted wardrobes which I had hoped to use for many years with a mismatching door.
Had this been a cheap off the shelf wardrobe I would have lived with it, but considering what I have paid I am very disappointed. We found their guarantee to be ineffective when we needed it and to fail to even respond to my concerns about the colour mismatch is disappointing. I am considering trying to repaint them but not sure if this is going to give a good result or not.
