I arrived there at 6:50 thinking me and my mother could get our eyebrows done. When she got done with the people that were already there she told us that she could not service us because the people in front of us were getting their lashes done and it was going to take longer. Keep in mind we arrived before they were going to close. Bad business.

Five stars for Beau’s Lash and Brow Spa! I had my brows, lip, and chin threaded, my eyebrows henna tinted, and a facial — and I left thrilled with every bit of it. The threading was precise and clean, and the henna tint looked natural and beautifully shaped.
The facial was the highlight. It started with warm steam to relax me and open my pores, followed by a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a mask, and a wonderful massage of my shoulders, neck, temples, and face. Keya, my esthetician, was thorough — gentle where I needed it and firm but relaxing with her pressure where it counted. Afterward my face looked brighter and my skin felt so clean I didn’t even want to touch it (lol).
I’ll be honest about why this meant so much: I’d had a facial here before with a different person that wasn’t a good experience, and I’d left a detailed review about it. But the owner went out of her way to make it right — she told me she valued my business and offered me a complimentary facial. Keya more than delivered. That kind of care, and the turnaround from my first visit, says everything about how this place treats its clients. The spa is spotless and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly. I’m a loyal customer now. Highly recommend — and ask for Keya!

If you are looking to have your eyebrows microbladed or have them ombré, don’t go here! I have very sparse brows, and after reading the reviews for this shop I decided to go in and talk about what I wanted. There are posters on the wall of microbladed eyebrows, and I pointed to one and explained that’s what I was hoping to achieve. When I left the shop I was so hopeful that my brows would fade to the right color as I read usually happens during the healing process. I absolutely did NOT get what I hoped for!! After three weeks I went back to see Z because the supposed fading wasn’t happening and my eyebrows were black! She blew me off and kept saying she could fix it at my follow-up appointment. I absolutely was not about to add more to what was already awful! Don’t confuse people being nice with them doing a good job and being educated. I found someone to fix the mess that was my eyebrows, and now I understand how it SHOULD HAVE been! Needless to say, the people at the spa where I got them fixed were completely shocked. In reading the reviews for this Spa, notice they never respond to a negative review to offer a way to make it right. That’s a big negative, in my opinion, for any “reputable” business.
