I’ve been going to Charmaine for years and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else. The service at the clinic is exceptional — the space is beautiful, immaculate, and you are made to feel welcome and cared for from the moment you walk through the door. My brows have lasted for years and are always perfectly shaped and beautifully defined, with a colour match that looks completely natural. Charmaine is a true perfectionist and takes incredible pride in her work, ensuring every detail is flawless before you leave. She also did my mum’s brows after she lost all of her hair during cancer treatment, and the transformation was remarkable. It completely restored the shape of her face and, more importantly, her confidence. My mum had been so self-conscious without brows, but she walked out feeling like a new woman. Charmaine treated her with such kindness and patience throughout the entire appointment, making sure she was comfortable and supported every step of the way. Charmaine is warm, professional, and incredibly talented. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Brilliant experience, for semi-permanent eyebrows with Charmaine. I was quite nervous, as eyebrows are an important part of a persons face and character. Everything was explained at every step. I am very happy, and as explained whilst now they appear slightly darker than my natural colour, after a short time they will be a perfect match.

I first visited Beau Boutique Salon to look at various options to enhance my eyebrows, which had become vey fine due to a chronic illness and medications I have to take to control this. Charmaine researched my condition and worked with me to offer the best treatment for me. I had my eyebrows tattooed. I was very impressed with the final result as well as the time and care that was given to me. I would highly recommend Beau Boutique. They are a very friendly and professional organisation. Offering top class, bespoke treatments to meet Individual needs.

I’ve had 6 sessions of laser on my entire back! The results have been incredible! Courteney has been brilliant from start to finish, she has shown serious interest in making sure that my results are as good as they can be and has completely tolerated the odd scream and shout from me so I can’t recommend her enough! You have got to visit here! It’s a special place of sanctuary and peace! I love the hydra facials and exploring the range of other treatments they have at Beaus.
