I reached out to Ian at Adaptive when I was feeling frustrated with our current IT service provider. What stood out to me was that Ian didn’t try to rush in and win our business. Instead, he took the time to really understand the pain points we were dealing with, gave thoughtful advice, and even connected me directly with the founder of our current IT firm so we could work through the issues properly. That says a lot about his professionalism and character. He approached the situation with a lot of respect, fairness, and genuine care, even though it didn’t necessarily benefit him commercially in the short term. It’s rare to come across someone who puts relationships and doing the right thing ahead of trying to make a quick sale. Ian left a very strong impression on me, and I have a lot of respect for how he handled the situation. Adaptive is clearly led by someone thoughtful, professional, and trustworthy.

There are some things more important to us than a quick buck and I appreciate your openness to hearing my unique proposal in this particular instance. I've known your current provider for some time and they're a good company. We compete but we do it fairly and I think they would want you to know about your concerns. Adaptive has been with my organization for many years - With all the fast moving changes in technology they have both kept us informed of new requirements and assisted with all new updates and installations required. The customer service and help desk is always responsive and assists with the many small issues arising within a fully computerized environment.

Had a network issue today at our office, unfortunately outside of Ian’s scope of business, but he put me in touch with a great technician in the area. I was able to resolve my network issue in the same day with reasonable budget. Great support.
