Really happy. My pup isnt a fun about vets, but so far the nurse (katie) and vet we saw for our welcome consultation have been patient and kind with my pooch, which has been lovely. Obviously they have a job to do, but its with care and understanding.

We had our first visit recently and I took both cats in together. I left with their worming medication, flea medication and both had a health check yet I didnāt have to pay a thing upfront on the day! I have signed up to their pet plan which is only Ā£18 per cat and includes all that and more. All of the team were really friendly and helpful and having previously been told one cat has an allergy and needed antibiotics, I went into this practice and was told they didnāt think it was the case and to just check back in. They were right as already hes fine again without me having to give him medication. Seems like these guys really care and arenāt just there for the money at all. Lovely place!

I was referred to Beacon VetCare after my dog, Rusty, suffered a fracture, and I couldnāt be more grateful for the experience we had. From the moment we walked in, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping Rusty mend. Colin and Lizzy are absolutely phenomenal in what they do but not only them but every member of staff compliments what an incredible practice they are.
They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure Rusty was comfortable every step of the way. The care they provided was exceptional with reasonable pricing and a stress free service.
Rusty is recovering back to his feral farm dog self, and I owe that to the amazing staff at Beacon VetCare. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled and compassionate veterinary care. I truly donāt think youāll find a better veterinary practise.

It was first visit with our doberman puppy prince for his jabs. The service was fantastic very informative and everyone fusted over prince 5*

Our cockapoo Bertie developed an eye infection while we were on holiday in Newquay. Even though it was a Sunday the phone was answered immediately and we were given an appointment that morning. Bertie was given a very thorough examination and was treated with great care throughout the consultation. The medication he was given cleared the infection up very quickly and we were given excellent instructions from both Ben, the vet and the nurse about how to administer these. When I was home my vets asked Beacon VetCare to email them the clinical record and this was done immediately I asked. We couldnāt have had a better experience. I have attached a photo of Bertie enjoying a windy Fistral beach!
As we come down to Newquay frequently we feel really happy to have found Beacon VetCare in case we have any issues in the future. Thank you.

First visit went well, rooms are bigger than previous vets which is good for our dog as he does not like enclosed spaces with strangers. Staff listened and were very helpful.

Absolutely fantastic welcome visit to Beacon VetCare at their new premises in Par, with our two dogs. So glad that we have decided to change vets to Beacon. The staff gave us a tour of premises which was very nice to see all the consultation rooms, the recovery room and the kennels. It was all so interesting as the staff explained all the rooms were used for. The waiting room is nice and airy and quite large. From first walking through the door the atmosphere in there was lovely and the staff were all so friendly. Yogi and Oreo seemed to be very relaxed in there.

On Monday I unexpectedly had to bring my darling girl, Mrs.Miggins to Beacon Vets Par.
I was very anxious & upset.Sarah on the reception was patient & kind.
Sadly I had to have Mrs.Miggins put to sleep.
Shannon the vet explained what was happening & didn't rush me at all.
I have know registered my other two cats with Beacon Vets.
Thank you to those involved that helped ne through a difficult time.
