It was first visit with our doberman puppy prince for his jabs. The service was fantastic very informative and everyone fusted over prince 5*

We were referred to Beacon from our local vet when one of our cats had a urinary tract blockage. They took the time to diagnose the issue correctly and performed the operation straight away. The care they took in treating our cat is greatly appreciated and he is recovering well.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Beacon VetCare , I am disabled, I could park right outside, the reception and vet were lovely, looking forward to taking my kitten back for her second phase of vaccines , and this week she was spayed
I was very impressed by your genuine care , I was amazed at reception remembering my kitten's name . This was at the new Polmear branch , which is only a couple of kilometres for me now

Having just had a new Yorkshire terrier puppy, Bobby, I wanted to find a new independent vet and found Beacon Vets which is 20 minutes drive from my home. Having been with a corporate chain for the last 17 years and gradually getting more dissatisfied with the service. Our first visit was on Wednesday and I found the practice to be very clean, bright and open with plenty of room for everyone. It was also very busy! Bobby had his first vet check, vaccination and chip fitted. The receptionist was really welcoming and the vet was really personable, open and took time to discuss Bobbys health and well-being. A completely different experience to what I have been used to with my previous dog. I decided to join their pet plan which entitles you to all vaccinations
, consultations, flea and wormer and 20% off procedures. After researching it was clear this was quite a lot cheaper than what other veterinary practices charge. Overall I’m delighted with my decision and confident that Bobby has a vet who will help (hopefully not too often) when needed and the visit experience will be more personal.
