I ordered a Siser Romeo bundle package from BDF which was on backorder, and they kindly offered to assemble the package manually rather than making me wait for the official bundle to ship in.
The package was assembled and shipped out *extremely* quickly, and when there were concerns with Purolator's handling of the package, they again resolved the situation very quickly.
I am so impressed to see this level of client service and care, which I frankly just don't see in a lot of businesses these days. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I look forward to using them as my materials source going forward.
Edit: I didn't initially mention it, but their prices, bundles, and selections are so good that when I was looking to buy my Romeo, I kept coming back to their site and they were my benchmark that I compared other sites to. They hands down had the best curated bundles!

After some research for local Heat Press suppliers in Toronto, BDF Graphics was mentioned several times as having quality products with decent pricing and the best customer service. So I decided to order the 16x20 auto open slide-out heat press from them. It arrived to us in Trenton in 2 days which was great.
It took me a few weeks to get to the machine, set it up, and see if everything worked fine. I called BDF and spoke to NAS. We video-chatted and tried to set it up together. It seemed like it wasn't getting set up properly or may be malfunctioning so NAS decided to send me a new one instead and that he would open the new box and set up the machine for me before shipping it to me.
Long story short... AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS NAS!
BTW, I took the time to set up the heat press as Nas was saying and I was able to do it. We video-chatted again and reviewed my setup and everything worked perfectly. The new one arrived yesterday but I will be sending it back with the return label Nas is sending.

I'm tired of these people now, they are either are not knowledgeable about their own products or just lazy. I confirmed if they'd be open today Aug 3 2024, and the guy said yes from 11 to 3pm. I got here at 2:30 pm and they are closed. I drove all the way from Oakville. I wish I could give them zero stars. I'm done with them.
