B&D Bobby, Summerlyn, Kevin and Travon were the team that got my Kohler generator running in the middle of the snow and ice storm we had. Kevin and Travon had to risk walking across ice covered access to the generator. B&D is at the top of my list of dependable contractors I can call especially in an emergency as we had.
My family has three homes each with a Kohler generator. A few years ago, each one was in varying states of disregard, as the family electrician who installed and serviced them had moved away. I was tasked with finding a resource from scratch, with no prior knowledge. I am so pleased that the first name that came up on my Google search for “home generator repair” was Bausum & Duckett. Now, all three are not only humming along, but I have a relationship with experts and a very attentive home office. I am happily on a service contract for all three generators - two of which are in the Annapolis area, and one of which is at a Delaware beach house serviced by a great technician in that area, since it is a little farther away. But all three go through the same home office that is always attentive to emails and calls. The techs work quickly, precisely, and are forthcoming with information when I ask questions, even letting me take reference photos and videos. I haven’t been without power once since finding Bausum & Duckett. One thing to add that I feel like is even more above and beyond: the techs have also helped me with internet connectivity. Those of you who use the Kohler generator app know how problematic that connectivity can be. But Bausum & Duckett seems to be able to conquer networking issues as well as the small engine, computer issues, etc. that have come up for our three units, on the road to generator health, emergency preparedness, and remote access. Highly recommend.
Clay stopped by and installed a new circuit for me. He was extremely professional and courteous. He did the job quickly and left no mess behind. I highly recommend his work.
