I’ve used BDC in the past to remove a huge white oak tree that needed a crane to take down and no other company could have done a better job. I used them recently to remove 3 large oaks and 1 large sweet gum tree and was not disappointed when they were able to complete the job the very day after given a reasonable quote. A 2-man crew came early and finished the job after lunch; even blew off, swept and cleaned up any leaves and debris that had fallen! I highly recommend using BDC for all your tree removal needs. I'm sure the company is very helpful on the front end. But, in the end the contract is set so many years out the machine is so far outdated and not connected to fax any longer it is a fancy hunk we pay $200 for monthly. On top of that we are automatically charged for "shipping costs" despite not receiving supplies for 2 years. When I asked about this I was told "The shipping costs are to cover cost of shipping of all supplies throughout the life of the contract. Instead of a one-time larger fee for shipping, we spread that out over the life of the contract."
This would be fine - if we used it!
We have had a positive experience working with CPI for our new Grooms Office Environments showroom in Springfield, MO! We ran into a few issues with tech over the past months since we moved into our new building, but their team has always been quick to get on the phone, email back, or come out to help troubleshoot the issues.
Mr Cecil came and looked at my job within 20 minutes and came next morning and did the job and within 24 hours from time I first called job was done. Completely satisfied and would recommend BDC again!
