My husband and I are always provided with great customer service. Rose assisted me on my last visit. I bought 4 bottles of tonic andl along with patience and great service, she also bubble wrapped my products without me having to ask her to be careful. Thank you so much Rose!

This place was something!! When we walked in there were fragrances, soaps, sprays. There’s a room FULL of body oils, there were so many I didn’t know which one to smell. The two gentlemen in there were amazing and friendly, they were knowledgeable about the oils and knew where every scent was in the sea of oils that lined the wall’s. The items are very cost effective!!

I got some advice from my coworker regarding body oils, and he recommended a shop known as "3rd Phaze Body Oils". He told me that they have a wide range of products, and he was not lyin. When I walked in, It was like a fragrance Heaven. They got a crazy selection of options from oils, soap, inscents, car sprays, and more. Customer service A1 mane. I was courteously greeted by Carreba, who provided good Southern Hospitality, along with the fellas in the back perfecting their craft with tons of oil selections. If you are looking for high-quality scents, this is the place to visit.

I love this place.People are so friendly. They make you feel so comfortable no matter how long it takes you to smell the oil when looking for the perfect one. They are very patient and kind and considerate and I definitely recommend them.

I love this store. They carry just about everything I want so I don't have to order from the internet. I got raw black soap, a 2-in-1 shampoo, oils, and more black soap with turmeric. They have shilajit and black oil.

I learned about this place from TikTok and decided to visit when I came to Charlotte for a conference. The people were extremely nice, even while being super busy. They constantly checked in to see what I needed and, if I couldn’t locate it, they found it for me. Even their customers helped out. This speaks to the greatness that the owner is doing in business—everyone wants her to be successful! And she was super sweet and hard at work, just like the rest of her staff. If I lived closer, this place would quickly be trouble for me.
