I rented a vehicle from Aloe Rentals for 1 year and never had a problem with them. They always sent me the updated documents before I requested them, informed me about maintenance, scheduled the service according to my availability, and provided me with a loaner car to use all day. I rented a vehicle for 4 months. The vehicle was in excellent condition, with a receipt issued for tax deduction purposes. During this period, the vehicle only had a minor problem with the starter motor, but Bernardo immediately arranged another vehicle for me until it was repaired.

Amazing car rental experience in Gold Coast! Everything was super smooth — the car was clean, comfortable and in perfect condition. Customer service was friendly and very helpful from start to finish. Pick-up and drop-off were fast and hassle-free. Highly recommend and would definitely rent again!

I highly recommend renting cars with them, cars are reviewed and in great condition. We rented for more than 1 year and were always very well taken care of. If you need to rent a car without having any headaches, I recommend renting with this serious company.

Bad service, no return phone call. Said he would call back after school drop off. Didn't call. I called him later in the morning. He said he was wating for his wife to get home and he would call in 10 to 15 minutes. He never called. Never replied to text messages. Stay away people. Not good business and who knows what he will try to charge you with, draw funds on your credit card and never be able to get in touch with him.

Hi Shane, I spoke to Bernardo and in fact what happened was after receiving your first call (out of our business hours) he said that unfortunately we didn't have any cars available for the period you needed, but he would still try to help you and get back to you as soon as possible with the answer. At that stage we were fully booked and had no availability. Please note your review was made only 5 hours after your first contact giving us no reasonable time to help you considering the above situation.
