Verified Company
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this landscaping company. The initial work was not done well, and several things had to be addressed after the first attempt. The proper prep work was not done before placing the stones and gravel, and the flower beds were uneven and crooked, with plants that were not lined up properly. They also did not put down enough mulch or properly prepare the beds for weeds. Within the first few weeks, several plants had already died.
The company told us multiple times that they would come back to replace the plants. We have screenshots of these promises, but they never followed through. After waiting for so long, we eventually gave up. To their credit, they did come back and fix the stonework to our satisfaction, but there was no discount or other compensation for the time and trouble we experienced.
We paid a significant amount of money for this project and ultimately feel that the quality of the work and the follow-through were not worth what we paid. We were repeatedly told things would be taken care of, but the lack of follow-through made it difficult to trust the company. We have decided to leave things as they are for now and hire a different landscaping company going forward to correct the remaining issues.
Overall, we are very disappointed with our experience and would not use this company again. I would encourage anyone considering hiring them to be very clear about expectations and make sure everything is completed properly before considering the job finished.
