I was buying a car with a rebuild status and was told by icbc that I would be taxed on the book value of the car regardless of what I paid even though they sell for 70% of book value unless I can get it appraised Heny was very acomadating and was able to do it all via pictures and phone calls and even able to do a car fax less than I could do it myself all while I waited at johnston miyier insurance office I would not hesitate to reach out and use Henry's services again.
Overall great experience, Chris went above and beyond.
I was unsure how this process worked and was impressed with how easy and streamline it was.
Saved me hundreds on my car purchase. Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to family and friends.

I called BC Auto Appraisals to inquire about a vehicle appraisal in support of an ongoing negotiation with ICBC. thank you so much to the team at bc auto appraisals! took the time out of their evenings to respond to my questions and get me started on the process. They managed to take off double what I would’ve paid in taxes had I went with the black book value provided by icbc. Would recommend to everyone:)

Had a great experience with BC Auto Appraisals after purchasing a used vehicle privately was able to get all information to accurate assess my vehicle value so I do not have to pay additional taxes.
